This website is a scam

This website is a scam dressed up as a subscription model. In short, FABKIDS forces you to log in monthly to avoid being billed a 50$ subscription fee. Should you forget to log in monthly, you'll be billed $50 and in return issued 1 VIP credit. Fabkids claims the VIP credits are redeemable for items up to 85$, however that is never the case. Often your credits will be redeemable for items well under your fifty dollars you paid for it. Not to mention the credits expire after one year.

Stay away from Fabkids.

KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!

I used to buy my daughter shoes from here all the time, and when I would forget to cancel the membership fee every month, they would immediately credit me every month with no problems. I've since blocked this company from charging my card every month since IT IS SOOOOOOOO HARD TO CANCEL. No one answers the chat and I am currently waiting on someone to answer the phone call. We are currently at 12minutes and 45 sec. If they had gotten that money they tried to get today, I would be in tears. I vowed never to buy anything from here again after my last purchase this past Christmas time. I had noticed that new customers get better prices and even then, once the item was in your cart, it went us a small amount, like a dollar or two. No one could explain why this was happening so I blocked them and decided once my package arrived, I'll cancel......15minutes and 7 seconds :(

If I could give zero stars I would! I bought from this company one time ( was sent the wrong size on two of the items) somehow ended up with a membership of $49.99 I don’t remember signing up for. Faat forward a few months I finally saw I was being charged monthly $49.99 I called, email so many times to cancel this membership and never heard back. They took a total of $800! I went through PayPal to get help and they said they can’t help me because fabkids said I signed up for it, so…they can answer to PayPal and not me!? I feel robbed and taken advantage of. Horrible company!

So I use to like fab kids so my daughter loves them but I have only received 2 products out 4 and was suppose to get a refund. Everything i call i have gotten a different story on what's going on with my refund and it has been 3 months, no refund and still trying 😑 to find out where is my money. I feel like they are not updating their notes, if they have any, it's not updated properly. Now i'm afraid to order from them. They still have not answer how does a refund become from 5-7 business days to 3 months.

Terrible Customer Service As Of Late

I have used this company for a few years now without issue. Back in October 2025, the “skip the month” button stopped working and I was charged because of it. I let it go seeing as I could use the credit to purchase something for my daughter. Come November, same thing happened with the “skip the month” button not working AND they wouldn’t allow me to use my credit from October. I emailed them about that and I cancelled my membership. They didn’t charge me but still unable to use my credit. Now December comes and there isn’t even an option on my account to skip the month because I’m no longer a member, and STILL I was charged for this month. You can’t email them, the chat is completely useless and I have very limited time where I can place a phone call, as I work 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week. Very unhappy. Very unimpressed.

Awful, taking advantage of folks worse and worse each year

Awful. Absolute scam of a business. I’ve been a ‘member’ since 2022. And while I don’t always get a chance to ‘skip’ in time, I’ve always just kept the leftover credits to use towards sales around Christmas and to help with lessening financial stress at Christmas time. Their policies and practices are awful. They have a ‘sitewide’ sale but even having credits they don’t allow you to check out using credits during the sale EVEN THOUGH their site specifically says that you can either pay X amount OR get 2 items for 1 credit. They also laugh in your face with $10 credit to keep you from cancelling. Which doesn’t resolve the issue of being forced to spend more money and buy more things from them. Especially given that when you do use your credits, you’re forced to pay for shipping as well. Save your money.

BEWARE! HIDDEN CHARGES.
My cart shows 7 items for $35. Check out shows 8 items for $53.75. These totals are before adding shipping and taxes. There is no explanation for the $18.75 and 1 added item ordered. Chat bot is useless -no response. I called and she couldn't really explain it but said maybe it was tariffs or taxes but she really could not answer. Really? Why are the charges hidden with no explanation? Resolution: She is going to note it down on my account!

Do not buy

I stopped using this site a few years ago as my daughter grew up and didn't like the clothes anymore.
I saw, in my email, at the end of September, that I have 36 orders that were saying they were delayed. I didn't order anything and haven't ordered anything in years so why am I getting these notifications. I tried contacting the company by phone and was on for over 2 hours without anyone coming on to speak to me. I also started a chat online with them and received no response at all.
Do not buy from this company. They do not care about their customers and will not respond to any concerns.

Definitely a scam website

Definitely a scam website. If you order something they charge you $50 after that. When I try to log in to skip the month it says my account doesn’t exist. If it doesn’t exist how can you charge me ? Called customer service and they sent me a password change link that doesn’t work. Still can’t get into my account and they don’t help any further other than sending a dead link.

Long time member canceling

I've been a member for years and just placed a large order to use some of my member credits and they canceled the ENTIRE order. I can understand an item or two not being available but my entire order including new outfits for Halloween? Done. Canceling. Tariff charges were bad but I am over this company

Taxes are extraordinary

Taxes and tarrifs are making me end my relationship with this company. I used 3 credits for 3 items and still have to pay almost $30 for my order bc you're taxing the amount before credits, that's robbery.
