I know Fabi since long time and I consistently regard them as good quality shoes that are also very comfortable to wear on a everyday basis. My only remark is sizing can be inconsistent at times and possibly not the most friendly customer care around

FABI is top level ITALIAN shoes maker from italian region Marche Montegranaro where shoes manufacturing is longtime tradition.Purchased recently driving shoes,sneakers x3 pairs and slippers all beautifully crafted having (to me) attractive design and quality materials applied.

Need to see your size first for online purchase. Shoes runing big, i mean big.

I haven't received my package, and Fabi is leaving me with no solution. Fabi tells me that the deliver confirmed the delivery so they can’t do anything for me.
Outrageous for a so-called luxury brand.

It is very easy to order, and it arrives through DHL very quickly, but on 1 shoe there was a damage. Not too big, but for a new pair of shoes that is not cheap, this is unacceptable.

I purchased a pair of Fabi shoes for 400 EUR, expecting high quality and durability. Unfortunately, after wearing them just once—only to drive to a shopping mall and back—I noticed severe damage. The shoes seem to be poorly designed, completely unsuitable for normal use.

I reached out to Fabi Boutique’s customer service, which, in my opinion, is among the worst I’ve ever encountered. After several days of waiting for a response, I was informed that no refund or compensation would be provided because they assumed I had walked on “rough surfaces”—whatever that means.

Frankly, I was shocked by this response. It felt like a joke, but unfortunately, they were serious. So, these expensive shoes went straight to the garbage.

Before you consider buying from this brand, be aware of the poor quality and even worse customer service. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for premium footwear that actually meets its price tag.

VERY RUDE AND SAY THAT THEY DID NOT GET MY RETURN BUT I DID SEND THEM FULL ORDER and payd for the return 40€.
I ordered boots and a bag for 718€, wanted to change the size since they were big. They just sent me the return lable and said I should read the terms since they don't offer paying for return. (Ok, I was not asking about that - I knew I had to pay myself for return)
Ok, decided I am not purchasing from Fabi any more in my life and returned full order. And now they are just saying that they got only the boots and they don't care.
