Fab Glass and Mirror Reviews 

The mirrors I bought are AMAZING for the cost. I was a little nervous they were going to be thin and mediocre quality, but they’re actually perfect for what I need. They’re thick and heavy and were packed so well. I bought the 12” and 6” centerpiece mirrors for my wedding and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will definitely look to Fab for my future products!

Great quality product and packed well. Prior to receiving the order they gave a good overview of expectations. The follow-up after receiving the product was excellent too. I'm now getting a quote from them for more glass products I could use too.

The glass arrived ahead of schedule, and the product was so well packed that it arrived in perfect condition.

Everyone we dealt with was great! They gave multiple ideas on different shower door designs, tried to be as economical as possible, and still provide a great product!

OK, so I'll preface this review with the statement that I don't like reviews. It can be hard to know how an individual perceives their situation, and almost never is there an experience without the emotional element. I prefer to discuss interactions objectively.
In the case of my experiences with Fab Glass and
Mirror, I have ordered two very different products with almost a year in between each order and both times, they communicated effectively, delivered within the times projected and the product came as expected.

I don't wish to discredit the experiences others may have had, but I genuinely feel that the products I needed were fairly priced and given the materials were manufactured after I ordered them, the timelines were reasonable. I will likely order from them again.

The WORST customer service. Give them your money then wait forever.... excuses, excuses, excuses, and more wait for your product!! Buy anywhere but here.

Ordered one of thier shower door through Home Depot. Top rail was gouged and scratched. It was installed by contractor who asked me to secure a new top rail for the manufactiurer. SHould be easy, right? Fab Glass refused to send a new top rail unless Home Depot issued a new purchase order. UNBELEIVABLE!

purchased a "mirror". never got a confirmation, had to fight charge on credit card. they sent a piece of glass. I ordered a mirror. went thru all "their" process to get the refund, 13 phone calls constantly. never received refund, these people are scammers now have to sue thru court system. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I received a plexiglass desk top that was scratched. I paid $377 and they offered me an $18 refund. This was besides the fact it came a week late and the tracking number they provided didn't work. Shop somewhere else if you care....

I purchased new glass with frame for my bay window. From the ordering process online, which is outstanding, to the processing time, shipping process and the product itself were all outstanding. I would, without a doubt, use them again and would suggest their company to anyone looking for a product they supply.

Fake Products , Fake People

I bought a shower door with bronzed hinges and handle. Door showed up 3 days ago with NO HARDWARE. I can't get a response from FAB,,,they SUX!!!!

Hardware finally showed up 5 days later. No instructions. Had to call and have some guy in India email me the assembly instructions. They still sux.

I inquired about an order I placed via email and did not receive even a confirmation of my inquiry. I followed up by phone and was told by a very snippy female that my inquiring was under review. Over a week later, I had to call again for the final result. They'd come to a decision, but hadn't bothered to let me know what it was! The item I ordered was not square... it fell within their 1/16" +/- measurement, but that's pretty sloppy work in my opinion. The item should have been square. Not at all impressed.
UPDATE:
I received a call from a service manager who apologized for their lack of communication and offered to re-cut the piece at a reasonable discount. I appreciate the reconsideration.

We purchased a custom sized arched mirror and in some of the photos on the website I had seen the mirrors had pre-installed mounting hardware on the back of it which would allow you to install it without visible clips. When I received the mirror, it had no such mounting hardware and I had a useless mirror I could not install. The only option apparently is to purchase the ugly clips separately, which is pointless because we do not want the mirror if it has to be installed with an ugly jbar. The only reason we ordered it is because we wanted a clean look without the visible clips. We emailed them but they simply told me we had to order the hardware separately.
