Overall really pleased with my bundle and the scent is now hard to get in shops. Only small negative is one of the bottles leaked slightly as lid not secured on.

Useless. I ordered 10 balls of wool on the 3rd March. It's the 18th now and after a sketchy back and forth with Fab Finds, they have just told me they can't find my order and have refunded me!
I suspect that they couldn't provide the goods all along, as if they had them, they'd have been posted straight out.
Don't waste your time with this shoddy company. I'll be keeping an eye out for the refund, if it doesn't appear, then rest assured I'll be taking the matter further!

I found an Item I was interested in on this site and the site showed free delivery over £30, I decided to buy more than I really required to bring my purchase to over £30, while shopping a Pop Up saying 10% discount from first Purchase, I go to check out with £35.94 enter my code for 10% discount making my purchase £32.35 then when filling in the delivery address (Mainland UK) they then charge me an additional £3.95 for delivery Even though my purchase was still over £30 which qualifies for free delivery. Disgraceful Conn, then keep emailing once they have your Email with marketing
I ordered a large quantity of my favourite nougat and was disappointed that an entirely different flavour was delivered that I didn’t like. I contacted them immediately, hopeful of a quick resolution and was responded to by Zoe who after establishing from photos that I had been sent the wrong product, proceeded to tell me they state on their invoice they can send alternative product if the ordered one is oos. Cue, a big back and forth where I said I didn’t wish to keep £25 worth of nougat which I wouldn’t eat and she begrudgingly told me I could return it for a refund but it would be at my cost. After several emails where she wouldn’t budge on this and didn’t understand my reluctance to pay to return an incorrectly sent product I asked to be escalated to someone else who could hopefully understand basic consumer rights - this was 3 days ago and no-one else has contacted me. Suffice to say I won’t be ordering from them again as their customer service is appalling. Zoe had me wanting to bang my head against a brick wall, unhelpful, inept and without an ounce of common sense!

Do not order from this site my orders never arrived again customer service awful they barely respond and if they do they don’t care and are denying me a refund saying it is delayed with evri. I placed my order on the 4th December evri hasn’t been updated since it said we are expecting your order. Don’t waste your money
I placed an order with your company on Saturday, December 6th. The total cost was £6.95 for next-day delivery, and I expected to receive the parcel by Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
However, the parcel has not yet arrived. The estimated delivery window provided by Royal Mail has not been met, and the tracking information only indicates the date the parcel was received.
I have been checking the tracking information daily, as I needed the items for travel on Thursday afternoon. I have received several emails informing me that the delivery will be tomorrow, but it is now a week since the order was placed, and the parcel is still missing.
I requested a delivery refund after 2 working days due to the failure to provide next-day delivery. I was subsequently informed that a refund of £3 has been processed because it is still within their delivery window ?
The final email will be sent now for a full refund. I will update my post.

Shop elsewhere as this company blatantly lie to you! I paid for express shipping, got an email saying it had been dispatched - 8 days later they’ve still not dispatched my order. Asked to cancel & refund and they replied saying it’s been dispatched. Another quick check proved it hasn’t! This company are compulsive liars!

I ordered some wax melts pots for people for Christmas so I can make them up a gift bag and they didn’t show up first time ordering and I’m really really disappointed. I’ve had to now asked for a refund.
Last Thursday, Friday and Saturday they said they will be delivering absolutely nothing. I took time off work and everything.
Badly packaged good, arrived damaged and not fit for purpose .
Would I use "Fabfinds" again = CERTAINLY NOT.
Photos showed that most of the boxes were damaged however Fabfinds only refunded two.
My advice is avoid using this company.
I have placed two orders with Fabfinds. One being £40 and most recent £35. Both times, I have contacted them because I have not received my items in the expected time periods. My most recent was purchased on 18th October in which it stated on their Parcelforce 24 service, that sender had suggested they had dispatched on Tuesday 21st, yet today on the 27th, it still states that Parcelforce are STILL expecting it! It's now been 9 days and I still haven't received it. I contacted them but my first message was ignored, so I have just had to contact them again and purchase my needed items elsewhere whilst I wait for my delivery!
Complete scam site. Item description did not match what I received making the products more expensive than anywhere else online.
Customer service just want to argue with you and accept zero responsibility.

I ordered 5 candles from this company and have lit 3 and they are hideous. One has no throw at all and the others have a weak throw and the smell is nauseating.
