We are sincerely sorry that this happened to you and wish that you will never encounter scammers again.
The website is horrible and associated with scam websites, should never use it.
I bought a card them as they advertise that the cards can be used anywhere, but the cards actually can't be used in a single website unless linked to paypal (which is fine but false advertisement and bad system ) and to link it to Paypal you have to check the statement to get the paypal code which they have on their website (where you have to wait 3 days), and when you google out their name you are linked to a scam website associated with them that takes out the card info to register it and pulls out the money, and the support never replies to emails on time as an excuse that its "too late" so good luck getting in contact with them, and when you do after a day or two they tell you nothing could be done.
would never recommend, horrible horrible scammy website full of false claims and advertisements. they have 0 control and security over the cards (which they claim they do) and overall red flags and shady business.
Don't recommend. 0/10, paid 50 USD and it was all down the drain. Any money you put will probably meet the same fate and incase you are also wondering why there is positive reviews if its this bad, its because they offer a discount if you leave a positive review BEFORE BUYING so some of it is manipulated by them.

In reference to the statement, different cards have different features for example black cards take 3 days to reflect successful transactions.
Regarding the support, please make sure you were trying to contact our support team during working hours: Live chat support is available on a regular basis 6am-6pm GMT Monday - Friday.
Email requests are answered within 48 hours but we do our best to reply all the queries within 24 hours!
As for reviews, only those who have bought a card(s) before can leave a review, otherwise they cannot do this, because they have no experience thus cannot share their opinion.
We would like to say once again that we are sincerely sorry about your unpleasant experience and hope that you will never encounter scammers again.
