EZYTAX Blue - Worst company to file your tax return with. They don't know how to lodge a tax return for investment property. Tax agent forgot to lodge my and husband's tax return that filed with at Chermisde in person that only came to their attention when I conacted them via email as the number on their website noone answers. They also sent a email for tax return to be filed with not putting in all information I provided to them which resulted in less return. After back and worth with emails and resending them documents my tax return is still in pending status to be filed. If I could give them zero star I would do that. Never ever going to use them again or going recommend them.

I told the agent that they needed to have my bank details related to my mortgage because the property is an investment property. He said no. I was lucky that I searched when I arrived home. Then I asked not to lodge the tax return. Now, instead of a refund of $170, they sent me a list and told me I am more than welcome to file a complaint. I paid for the lack of knowledge of their staff. I hope at least he learned for next time.

Well I live overseas so what can be complicated as landlord was made easy No problems, online system is easy to follow and helpful

Went through a lot and could not finish my business tax return. The software said it would be reviewed by an agent. It's over a week and heard nothing. I don't have a tax return, but have been charged.
