Dont trust this company..
I paid $163.30 for one of their products on January 12 2023 and today February 15, i have not received the product or my money or a call or email.
Absolutely SCAM SCAM SCAM..
..I need to find out where to report this company here in the USA please

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY. ITS NOT A LEGIT WEBSITE.

I bought at ezlights but my order didn't come. I payed €24- for ledlights but I never receved them. It's been half a year since I bought them now. I send them a mail but the customer service doesn't exist. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Buyer beware!
I bought EZlights LED strip lights, and at first I liked them. They had plenty of color options and I thought they would last a while. After about a month or 2 of use, they stopped working and blinked nonstop when I plugged them in. No customer service, no one to tell me how to fix it, and money in the trash. Would not recommend!

Do not buy from ezlight. Their customer service doesn't even exist.
Our order was defective. Our cloud had wires not attached and the projector never worked.
I sent multiple emails and returned the product. It's a month later and still no response. I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased. Ezlight please do better.

i ordered the nebular bundle of 4 led wheels and a projector in october. it took about a month for the led’s to arrive and i have never received the projector. i spent over 100 pounds and have not received a refund for missing projector. they asked for a photo for the led’s which i sent but now they ignore my emails. i have been ripped off. customer service is poor and unprofessional. do not buy.

Do not buy, they are not a legit website. Ez lights scammed me and probably deletes these reviews, I should have known. They are not legit, ship straight from China supposedly so mine never came. I repeat, ezlights is not legit. Please be warned and do not buy from them. You will never receive your order or get a reply from customer support.

I bought 2 pairs of LED lights by accident but it allows you to connect multiple strips it took a bit to arrive but the remote is easy to memorize and you can make any color I love this

Do not buy from this company poor customer service and refurbished products. I spent $130. 00 on LED lights with EZlights.co. Two days later, the light had a shortage. Customer service explained that they would exchange the items yet they strung us along for two months and we still have the refurbished, defaulted lights. We were robbed of our hard earned money and have a child very disappointed child. This company did not stand on the policy.

I wouldn’t even give them One star if I didn’t have to write this review. I bought a light called the dream cloud formal nephew when it came it was and what I expect it at all it was a cheesy cardboard tube with lights in it with poly fill all around it that I could make for maybe $75 and they charge me $278 I sent it back to them because they told me they would give me a refund the last time I heard from them was February 2 2021. I have contacted them on several occasions. I sent the light back for a refund, I was told they would get right back to me. The light got to its destination now they’ve got my light and my money so as far as I’m concerned they are complete stole from me by keeping my money and the light. They do not stand true to their word and their lights are not worth buying so buyer beware don’t buy anything from them they shouldn’t even be in business. I still have not received my refund and I contacted them and sent the light back in January 2021.

My daughter purchased 2 sets of lights - one had parts missing and the 2nd had a broken wire so did not work.
On reporting the issue to the retailer requesting an exchange their response was that they had a supply shortage. So she asked for her money back and was told that their T&Cs do not allow for refunds !! I cannot believe how retailers like this still survive ... we are in the process of reporting them.
