No TRUST

Looking for a car to rent in UAE, I repeat DO NOT USE EZHIRE!

The process of uploading documents, EID is quite efficient, until you want to hire the car, multiple Whats App accounts hitting your inbox, everymessage different, you will have no idea who, what or when you may receive your car - even though you pay additional for the delivery and pick up of the car.

EZHIRE call you because you complain about the accurancy of charges, they close the case without resolve, and its impossible to speak to anyone.

The worse scenario is swiping your credit card for aledged misc charges, the hire charges are insignificant to these charges, I am surprised they have not charges me for air in the tyres.

Additionally, EZHIRE believe in delivering cars that have plus 85000 on the clock, clapped out and which looks like they have been bumper car racing in Motor City, the damage was incredible!

My new friend in the UAE is Herz. EZHIRE have a tech polatform that is shambolic, Do not be fooled by the marketing and online presence the experience is horrific - you have been warned.

As outlined in the Terms and Conditions provided in your confirmation email, any rental or non-rental charges may be charged to the customer’s card. According to our policy, it may take approximately 15–90 days after the rental ends for pending charges to be finalized. This is because we must first receive the relevant information from external authorities, such as the RTA and Dubai Police, before confirming the applicable charges. Once the details are received, the system automatically processes the payment and shares a detailed invoice with the customer via email within 24–48 hours.

For any disputes related to Salik or traffic fines, we kindly request you to contact the relevant authorities directly for further clarification.

Regarding the excess kilometer charge, the mileage allowance for your booking was 225 KM; however, the vehicle was driven for a total of 380 KM, resulting in an excess usage of 155 KM.

In addition, as per our fuel policy, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level provided at the start of the rental. The vehicle was delivered with 4 bars of fuel and returned with 3 bars.

As per the agreed rental terms, charges are applied based on the standard applicable rates. The corresponding invoice has already been shared with you for reference.

I must say eZhire is by far the best…

I must say eZhire is by far the best retal company I've dealt with and that's worldwide. Costumer service team is always available on the App that is amazing.

Only one thing I'm not happy with is after returning the car earlier there was a lot of deduction on my refund.
