I had a confirmed booking with Ezhire for today, which they had already approved in advance. However, when I arrived to collect the car, I was told that there was no vehicle available.
What made the situation worse was that there was actually a car in the parking, and the parking staff initially tried to give it to me. But then the office called and instructed them not to hand it over.
This level of mismanagement and lack of coordination is completely unacceptable.
Because of their irresponsibility, I was put in a very difficult situation and ended up facing more than 1100 AED in additional costs to find an alternative at the last minute.
All they offered was a simple apology, which does nothing to compensate for the financial loss and inconvenience they caused.
This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time and commitments. I would strongly advise others not to rely on this company, especially if you have important plans.

Replacement car I got was lower class of vehicle.
No compensation whatsoever!
Online support very inconsistent and unhelpful. On-the-phone support even worse as they dont understand the users.

Avoid Ezire Car Rental – A Complete Scam!
I strongly advise anyone traveling between Abu Dhabi and Dubai to stay away from Ezire Car Rental. My experience with them was absolutely awful and unprofessional from start to finish.
I had prepaid and confirmed a car rental with hotel delivery. No one showed up at the agreed time. After waiting a long time and making several phone calls, they told me there was a “mistake” and they didn’t have my booking. Then they had the audacity to ask me to pay an additional 500 AED for a car to be sent. I refused.
Two hours later, they finally delivered a car – with an almost empty fuel tank and a dirty interior. No contract, no instructions, no information in case of an accident, and absolutely no customer service. Nothing you would expect from a professional company.
When it came time to return the car, they just sent me a vague address. When I arrived, I realized it wasn’t an actual office, just a random area. After more frustrating phone calls, someone told me to park the car at a mall, leave the keys inside, and just walk away — completely irresponsible and unsafe.
To make matters worse, they charged my card for an extra day without authorization. I had to block my card, and I later saw they tried to charge it again, unsuccessfully.
This was a nightmare experience. Zero professionalism, zero accountability. I regret not reading reviews beforehand — it turns out many others have had similar experiences. Their poor ratings speak for themselves.
Do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid Ezire Car Rental at all costs.

I have been a regular customer of Ezhire car rental, Recently I was using their services yesterday Ezhire had suddenly deducted 3590 from my account, when I checked with them, they have informed me that it was the damaged charges which occurred during the Dubai rain In April, At that time my car was damaged, so I had to file a police complaint and submitted the report, After 2 days I received a call from the company that the police complaint filed was for a wrong car, I have informed them that the car no plate was provided by your customer care, then they have asked me to go to the police stations and file another complain I went to Bur Dubai police and filed another complaint which I have shared with them bit now when I am talking to customer care they are not ready to help

I have never had such a bad experience with a car rental company before. I understand they have terms and conditions but to take money out of someones account without even informing them that charges will be deducted or proof of charges that will be deducted beforehand is unacceptable.
I hired the car on the 1st of October and got the car with 4 bars of fuel but they stated that it was 5 bars. The driver obviously had to drive the car to deliver it so the one bar of fuel dropped after he took a picture with 5 bars. When I went down to receive the car, it was at 4 bars as the driver had the engine running and taking pictures of the car before handing it ove to me.
On the 4th of October I had a stone hit the windscreen. Didn't think much of it until the next day, 5th of October, when the crack extended from the original size. Contacted the company and they stated that I need to get a police report, which I did and paid 420AED for it. After submitting the report to them, I went in on the same day, 5th of October to get a replacement car. The replacement car was given to us at 3 bars of fuel. Their paperwork stated 4 bars of fuel. As my mum was the primary driver, she had to sign for this. When she asked the guy handing us the replacement car what is she signing for, he stated that it is for the replacement car, nothing to worry about, it's all in order. This was on a mobile phone or iPad where she would have to read but he just wanted to get done with the handover.
My mistake was not taking a picture of the bars of fuel of the car we handed in before getting the replacement car. Apparently, the company stated that I gave it back at 2 bars so they charged us for 3 bars of fuel. This is when I started going through my pictures and saw that we had received that initial car at 4 bars so they should have only charged us for 2 bars. Long story short, after a week of back and forth, I got the 1 bar of fuel they wrongly charged us for as I had proof that they charged me incorrectly.
Moving on to the replacement car. I gave the car back at 4 bars of fuel because this is what the paperwork had said but after checking my picture that I had taken, it was 3 bars of fuel. It was like hell trying to get this money back. They wanted to put it in a wallet on their app which I did not want as I will NEVER BE USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!
I finally got the money put back on my credit card. My ordeal with them is an extremely long story but I am trying to cut it as short as possible.
I finally get charged for Salik and 2 traffic fines. I received them in Arabic and I do not speak in Arabic. I have asked for original receipt of these fines and salik on the 20th of October. They told me it would take 24 to 48 hours. I understand that if fell over a weekend but its now the 24th of October and still nothing. I called them at 11:53am today to get a response. They stated that I would get a call back within 2 to 5 min. It's now an hour and a half no call. I guess they got their monies and don't really care anymore.
I contacted RTA as I was told to if I wanted the details of the fines which was incorrect information because RTA stated that I have to deal with the company. Dealing with this company is a nightmare. I am mentally and physically drained dealing with them. It's been almost 3 weeks since I handed over the car and I am still dealing with them. I guess I will not be getting original documents.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE!
I really hope there are no more charges as I will then have to get my bank involved. They don't even deserve a star but I have to put something to submit my review.
VERY VERY DISAPOINTED with this car rental company. Possibly worst customer service. Please do not use EZHIRE , I used my debit card to make full payment and they keep charging for salik immediately. I rented with them, I got a fine 400 aed and I paid throw Dubai police, same time I shared receipt and invoice and asked them to wave from system. After three days they charged 507.15 for the same fine which I paid. It was 8th July. Immediately I called and asked for refund. Till today 11th July I was calling them and was msg throw WhatsApp they were ignoring, customer service reply only WE ARE CHECKING!!! In website they mention 24/7 human response which is not correct or bcz of my situation which they charged me second time I don't know, but there were keep ignoring me. After multiple calling they just proceed my payment back today and they said I will get my money within 7 days. But for salik reports they are charging same time, but for refund they need to follow up 4 days then they will start escalate their financial department and after that you should wait again one week more, so please be careful with this company.
Also I want to share conversation with Aneketh Ashok I asked salik reports, 3 time I explained in an email 2 times I called and explained them to do share my gate charges in one file and same amount which they charging for.
But he sent to me with charge 4 aed not actual rate which they charging, and not all saliks which I have, I want to show people how they are working which is not accurate. I will never come back again and i will not recommend it to anyone.

I had a car from EZHIRE when I had to go on urgent travel. Unfortunately i had the key on me. Anyways we agreed they would pick up the car with the spare key and once I returned they would get the key I had. In my car was a parking card with the value of 2500AED. I asked the to keep it with them for safe return once I came back. They agreed to that. When I returned they started calling me to get the key back. I told them they could come and collect it and when i got my parking card they would get the key. Suddenly the parking card was not there when they collected, and they only had other parking cards in their lost and founds. I said that was not possible because the car was parked there for 14 days+ and it would have been fined everyday for 14 days+ of the parking card was not there. No fines was given at all. Finally they said they found it and send a driver to collect the key. When he arrived the card was wrapped in a piece of paper. He gave it to me and stupid as I was I handed over the key just to find out they had sent me a parking card i already rejected through pictures in whatsapp. The days that followed they kept withdrawing money from my Account. I messaged the guy I had interacted with for the key delivery and no response. I asked their customer service to provide invoices for all the amounts withdrawed and they keep saying I will recieve them within 24-48 hours, this has been ongoing for more than a week now.
Never ever use this company, they cheat and scam!
