Outstanding service from start to finish. Great communication regarding shipping and tracking. Our costume looks FANTASTIC and fits PERFECTLY as specified. I placed an order for a costume 9/13, with a specified delivery date of 10/17. The item did not arrive by the date (still hasn’t). They offered to refund 10% of the shipping. When I inquired about a tracking number, the seller requested an additional 15 dollars to have the item arrive by Halloween. Avoid this company.

My son and I were so impressed with the quality and attention to detail. He wanted to be Gregor from Limbus Company for Halloween with all of his friends. The coat fit him perfectly and he loves the red lining inside. He absolutely loves it and can’t wait to wear it not only for Halloween, but to future comic conventions as well.

I bought the Captain Marvel Red Helmet from EZCosplay — not bad for £12.
I was expecting it to be hard plastic, but the soft PVC is actually better. It arrived a little warped, though I’m hoping the towel trick will help it regain shape.

The seller did try to charge extra for a “custom paint job,” which felt unnecessary for a budget item, but honestly, this version looks great for the price. I think it’ll blend nicely with the suit I’m getting — it definitely looks the part overall.

I wouldn't recommend it for serious cosplayers, but it works as a budget Captain Marvel Cosplay item.

DO NOT BUY FROM EZCOSPLAY. This company is operating with deceptive practices, refuses to honor its own cancellation policy, and appears to be using a fraudulent address to avoid accountability.

I placed an order (Order #5000233826) and within less than 24 hours—well within their stated cancellation timeframe—I requested a full refund. This was not a change of mind after receiving a product; this was an immediate cancellation request before the order had even been processed.

Timeline of Deception:

October 9, 2025: Order placed and cancellation requested via support ticket (documented with screenshots).

October 10, 2025: I followed up multiple times via email. The representative initially acknowledged the request, calling the cancellation process "just a formality," essentially confirming they intended to cancel the order.

October 13, 2025: Despite receiving confirmation, NO REFUND was issued, and the company stopped responding to my requests.

Their failure to follow through on a simple, timely cancellation is not just poor customer service; it is fraudulent. After more than three days of being ignored, I was forced to initiate a chargeback with my credit card issuer, American Express.

Red Flag Warning: Bogus Business Address
This company lists an address of 13970 SW 72nd Ave, Portland, OR 97223, US. Upon investigation, this address is not legitimately registered as a business entity or place of operation for Ezcosplay with the Oregon Secretary of State Corporation Division. This highly suggests they are using a fake or shell address to avoid legal recourse and accountability.

I have reported Ezcosplay to the FTC for deceptive and fraudulent business practices and will be filing an additional complaint with the Oregon Secretary of State regarding their unregistered business status.

Save yourself the time, headache, and stress. Avoid this company at all costs. They will take your money and refuse to honor their promises, forcing you to fight your bank to get your money back.

Ordered August 11 without tailoring and did not arrive until September 30. They refused to cancel and refund the order and only sent the order when I emailed three weeks after placing it. The costume is cheap, poorly sewn and much bigger than ordered. Don't waste your time.

The order process was simple and smooth, the sizing guide was brilliant for both male and female cosplayers, any doubts I had for choosing a size were settled with some good recommendations.

Love my Rumi Kpop Demon Hunter costume. Perfectly made. The details are really good. I'm very impressed. The manufacture time and shipping time where exactly what they said it would be. I'm very happy and will buy from EZcosplay again for sure.

They gave me the wrong size after I ordered custom size, then blamed me for putting body size instead of final costume size, even thoug htheir website clearly states body size. They then offered a 20% refund, but after 10 emails I got costume refund only.

EzCosplay have wonderful outfit designs and I never leave unsatisfied. I always recommend going to EzCosplay for a cosplay because they have most cosplay available and if they don't you can commission a piece made for you.

I wore their Sleeping Beauty/Aurora wig and cosplay, and it was of such fantastic quality and materials that I looked like I could be at the Disney Parks! I did a photo shoot with my partner as the prince, and we had kids and parents coming up to take pictures with us. It was so sweet.

If you want cosplay that is of a wonderful quality at a great price that will bring smiles to others and have lots of fun in- EzCosplay is the one!

I’ve had a really mixed experience with EZCosplay. The cosplay I did receive looked great and matched the pictures, but the process getting there was frustrating and disappointing.

First, the shipping took far too long. I ordered the costume well in advance for Comic Con, but it arrived after the event, which was incredibly disappointing. On top of that, I had to pay an expensive FedEx customs fee that wasn’t made clear during checkout — it’s buried in the fine print of their terms and conditions. That kind of charge should be shown up front.

Worse still, I placed another order in April, and it’s now two months later, and I still haven’t received it. No tracking updates, no meaningful customer support. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and haven’t gotten any real answers.

Overall, while the quality of the cosplay itself was good, the lack of transparency, poor communication, long shipping times, and hidden fees make me hesitant to ever order from EZCosplay again. Be very cautious and read everything carefully before buying.

I am a Cosplayer who is very passionate about their Cosplays. I have bought from a lot of different sites and locations. But the best one still to this day is EZcosplay! Thank you for being reliable and having great quality with the perfect sizes!

Honestly the cosplay turned out amazing tho some random untold parts came along but still quality is top notch , communication top notch they keep you updated, and the packaging is also good , would buy from them again

Say that I loved this cosplay is little. The details are made to perfection and the fabrics are nothing short of beautiful! I wore it for a whole day and the comfort, shoes included, did not weigh me or tired. Comfortable, beautiful and perfect. I add 1000 points also for the comfort of the ear accessories

I ordered two things from this website, i had heard good things!
both of the items that came were super great material, i absolutely love one of them, it’s become one of my favourite cosplays.
The other one is good quality material, but did have some sizing issues which is a shame. The torso seemed very long and the legs were actually pretty short, rising above my ankle. (It was the Wednesday Addams cat suit)
But- the Fallout vault suit is amazing! I wore it to a con all day and was very comfy. (It’s also very warm as it’s a thick material so be aware of this on warmer days)
I’d order again, but will have to be more vigilant with the sizing on certain items.

Non-existent customer service and deceptive practices.
Ordered a "Lucky Bag", which is a gamble on getting a random costume. They have tiers of value, and I ordered the highest tier. Advertised as value "up to $400" and guaranteed to receive something "much higher value than the [lower tiers]". I obviously wasn't expecting something worth $400, because it's a roulette. However, I paid $100 for the bag and received a costume currently priced on their website at $85, fifteen dollars LESS in value than I paid for the bag. It's obviously just a clearance item they want to get rid of. It's not a character I'm familiar with, which is fine because it's supposed to be a gamble - but that should be the ONLY gamble, the chance that you'll like it or not, not that you'll have paid them more for something than even they say it's worth. But it gets better: The real kicker here is that I tried to leave a review on the Lucky Bag listing, being very honest that the quality of the item is decent but the practice is flawed, and it first said "submitted for moderation" and now, the very next day, has been completely deleted. Bear in mind that it was written completely professionally (no profanity, no insults, etc.), but it was not a 5-star review. The only reviews currently shown on the item are all 5-star - and the last one is from September 2024. So they're just not letting anything lower through their "moderation".

The quality of the craftsmanship looks decent, but if you have any issues requiring customer service and support (they don't answer their live chat ever and it took them two weeks to email back a five-word reply to an urgent question I'd posed about something else), don't bother. You won't get it. And honestly, just forget about the lucky bags; they look like a cool chance, but they're a scam.

HORRIBLE. just horrible customer service, horrible communication, and horrible effort to rectify anything.

Customer service from EZcosplay was so friendly! I received my Arcane Powder dance costume very quickly and it was good quality. I'd buy from them again!
