EZ Cosplay is absolutely wonderful! They have great customer service, and their items are amazing! I highly recommend them!

The first time I used them was great so i opted to use them again. Not only was the order not done before the wear date, they were uncooperative with refunds and I'm now stuck with an almost 200 dollar order that is realistically gonna sit in storage since it was for a requested event. Best I was offered was 20% of shipping refunded for something I no longer needed, not likely to use again. The order came in today 2 weeks late and it just ruined my day to think about

I would have given them 5 stars 2 years ago but the past couple of year it just been down hill. I ordered from them in the beginning of May for something at the end of July and its still not here. Tried to talk to customer service a couple of time and got no response and now most likely will not be able to wear what I brought from them, Money down the drain. This also happen in the beginning of the year too. Guess it time to look else where for cosplay.

I definitely think that everything was of great quality, the cosplay was very accurate to the one of the character, the details of the cosplay like on the bow & on the jacket were great & that’s one of the reasons I bought it from cosplay costumes, the size chart really helped me & it fit perfectly well. Price was good & the delivery once the package was sent was fast. I will definitely continue to buy from EZCosplay.

I have recently bought a wig from this business and I am very satisfied with this purchase. The wig was shipped quickly and it was easy to style and wear. It was very comfortable to wear for hours and their customer service is very helpful and reliable. I would definitely recommend buying from them!

A good quality. But it may take a long waiting time for tailoring and shipping.

But it's worth the wait.

Ezcosplay offers an excellent range of products at a good quality with cosplay and accessories among the most disparate and with delivery times among the fastest seen even among the competitors.

I ordered back in the beginning of May for two different cosplays! And, here it is going on June 10th with zero status update on the first cosplay, which is past the thirty five day mark. I've sent a few messages and one email, and haven't recieved a response since I'd like to know of I'll recieve them on time for my use date. :(

Before I placed an order, I emailed customer service asking about the size difference of a costume, since I couldn't afford the additional $30 fee for customization. I went with a large to be on the safe side, but it was too big. I wanted to return it and get a refund since the event I was going to wear it to was today! After many days of waiting for a response they said no. I asked if I can return it to exchange for a medium so I could at least get my money's worth, and they also said no since the product wasn't damaged. They told me to "...have it tailored"... I spent over $100 after shipping/handling and they offered to refund me only 15% since they "value the customer experience". After I expressed my disappointment, they raised it to a whopping 20%... I feel robbed. I will not be ordering front this company again :(

Have placed an order 2nd of april 2024 and this order still processing. I have wrote 3 or 4 times and got an answer like " The factory have not passed the messages to us but once we get any news, we will let you know." And everytime almost the same.
I still hope ill receive it🥲

My experience ordering my wig was beyond incredible. It was simple to style, and fibers on wig were easy to crimp, no difficult experience for me at all. I highly recommend purchasing Ezcosplay wigs if you want high end quality. The company is great by reaching out to their customers and providing friendly and professional support.
I recommend using hair spray, teasing and hair clips to help and most importantly patience.
