Awesome lending Company!!
I would recommend Ezbob to anyone that needs a fast loan for any reason. They are a superb lending company. I was assisted all the way by Jackie, her customer service and assistance were excellent and supported me all the way through getting my loan all within the same day!!! General review
A good process in general and Travis , who I spoke to, was very responsive. Only issue I have is that the system doesn't know what to do if your business doesn't have a debit card as it has to take a personal card and secondly it can't take direct debits.
It could do with more flexibility in dealing with those areas.

Thanks for your feedback. We are constantly developing our processes and a direct debit facility is something we are working hard to implement.
Our primary payment method is continued payment authority or CPA, where our system will automatically debit the card registered. We do need to keep on file a debit card, we can however accept bank transfers as an alternative method, whichever is easiest for your business.

Hidden fees
I went through the process of applying for a short term loan with Ezbob after using the estimator on the home page. It indicated that a £10,000 loan for 1 month would cost in the region of £175. After going through the process and uploading documents and linking to VAT and bank accounts I was offered £7000 as that was an acceptable percentage of my turnover. That was fair enough. Just before we went through the confirmation process I asked to double check the cost and was told it would be £751.50. There was a set-up fee of £490 that hadn't been mentioned either on the website or by the person I was dealing with on the phone, and which I only found out about because I double checked that I knew the total cost with the sales person on the phone.
Clearly the difference between the advertised price and the actual price is really significant, and I was left feeling that I'd had a lucky escape from a cheating company.
I find some of the other reviews for this company quite difficult to believe.
