Excellent experience!

I was hesitant because I wasn't familiar with this company, but their customer service was incredibly responsive before during AND after my purchase so I gave it a shot.

Glasses are gorgeous and arrived faster than expected (considering that they're coming from China).

I ordered a $22 frame to test the basic lens as well as a pair of frames with polarized high index sunglass lenses.

A real person from Eyeshells messaged me as soon as I placed my order to review my request (it was somewhat atypical because I didn't want high index lenses even though I have a strong prescription-IYKYK).

It was very nice to hear from a real person who wanted to make sure I was going to be happy with my order.

We agreed on next steps, and he continued to follow up with me through the process.

Both glasses were well made and arrived well packaged a little less than 3 weeks after I ordered them.

I consider this very good because although I paid a little extra for faster delivery, I also ordered a complicated custom lens.

This was a successful test ... now I'm going to order again!

Received a colourful well priced pair or round frames. Little did I know that round lenses can rotate in their frames which can seriously affect visibility depending on your prescription. My e-mails received extremely quick responses and they were are to suggest a very quick fix (that even applied to lenses I'd bought from other companies.) Happy with my purchase and experience.

I bought half lower rim glasses and they are of the upmost quality. The shipping process and payments where also fast and easy to understand.

I have been doing business with this company since 2017. Every two years when I receive my prescription from my opticians, I always purchase at least 3 pairs of glasses from them. People always love my frames. I have never ever had an issue with my prescription lenses. I have recommend family and friends who share similar sentiments. The customer service is almost second to none. As a satisfied customer, I would definitely recommend this company. One thing stands out to me is the fact that I can email the seller at any time and the response is usually within a reasonable time. Keep up the good work.
