Reception incompetence, old system
Everything was professional except for the reception.
To get a refund, I had to write a handwritten letter to the director.
Requesting a copy of my test results by email turned out to be unnecessarily complicated.
I told will come at 9:00 AM the next day to get copy of my results, but at 8:58 AM I received a message saying I couldn’t get the copy until the doctor arrived at 10:00 AM.
They had the entire previous day to inform me, but only texted when I was already just around the corner from the clinic.
Very disappointing.
