Bad experience

I ordered 2 pairs of frames on 16.10.2017.still not received the products but today they send me an e-mail who confirm that they sent the frames, although they initially communicated to me that one of product is not in stock anymore...i'm very curious about the quality of frames.

Ordered glasses over 4 weeks ago and I …

Ordered glasses over 4 weeks ago and I get a generic email every week saying they will notify me in 9-14 days when the order is shipped. Well after 35 days, only emails arrive from EyeRim and no shipped order. Would not recommend this company. I would have gladly spent the extra 15% more to get my glasses sooner. Now I have waited over a month and no glasses in sight. About to cancel and ask for a refund, but very worried how that will go.

In these cases, we always notify our customer's about the situation of a possible delay. I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from …

I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from eyerim. It took aroun 2 weeks from order til I got them.

I actually didn't keep any of the pairs. Should have tried them on first in a shop beforehand :)

But I got good service and full refund when I shipped them back.

Looking back at your previous conversation with our customer services, we have clearly stated that the product is not in stock and needs to be ordered form our supplier with an estimated delivery time anytime between 12-19 business days. Your analysis is that it was in stock, when it wasn't. I assume that you perhaps was looking at another size, because some models with a particular size might be in stock, while other's aren't.

We clearly describe the delivery date on our website, the order confirmation and with our e-mail correspondence with you.

To write a review that we're unprofessional should really point out to the fact that you haven't read our website thoroughly even though the information is clearly and visibly stated.

We respect our customers and ensures that all packages are delivered within the estimated delivery time that our supplier sets.

Beware. Worst store I've seen and done shopping. They sell things but do not have them. I bought goggles 12.02.2017r. On the same day I made the transfer of funds. After a week, the lack of information about the change of status of the order I wrote an email. I received information that have problems with the supplier. And that goggles will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. After three weeks I received information that the goggles are not available and they return my money. After a month and a half. But of course, they encourage me to buy other goggles in their shop. Never in my life with them. I bury this store.
Below last email from them 18 March 2017r.

First of all, let us thank you for shopping on eyerim. Unfortunately, our supplier just informed us, that the model of your choice is out of stock and is not planned to be replenished soon.
We are really sorry for the situation. We strongly believe you will be able to find another pair on our website, that would suit your style and preference. However, if you do not wish any other pair, please let us know. We have already initiated your full refund and you should have your money back approximately in 1 - 3 working days.

The delivery was several months late

Submitted my order in the beginning of the summer but I did not receive the parcel until the end of September... Received a discount of 10 euros but since the whole summer was over it was not worth it.

Staff is however kind and gives a quick response to emails
