Ordered 2 identical pair of YSL spectacles in stock, no lenses. One was not a available and had to be back ordered so it arrived 2 weeks later. Frames did not have seal, i purchased many pairs in France and on cocky-optica.cz and everyone had the seal. I picked up the last pair from pickup box in a dismal condition, external box smashed front and back. Send the pictures immediately (just to have an apology), no response....

The glasses arrived with a damaged lens, probably due to mistreatment by the store staff, no shards in the packaging
