Despite the poor reviews, I had no complaints at all. I ordered a pair of Polaroid sunglasses at a price way below the designer stuff and yet made by the reputable originators of polarised sunglasses and they arrived a couple of days later - no problems and would certainly recommend for off the shelf products.

I ordered a pair of Uvex safety specs which never arrived, the owner Anita, said it was fault if the previous owner of the business and that I should take up the matter with them personally.
As Eyekit are a limited business and were at the time, I will be taking the matter through the courts to receive my refund, as it appears like Eyekit are not interested in fulfilling my order.

wrong item sent and slow delivery
I ordered a pair of prescription sunnies well in advance of trip to the Alps. They sent me the wrong order with the wrong prescription, which I assumed they muddled up with another similar order. The tint was the wrong shade, the prescription is similar but makes me feel dizzy - pupillary distance is not correct, and all this AFTER I RETURNED FROM MY TRIP. Useless. Avoid!!!

Only suggestion would be to be clearer about the delivery times. I ordered next day delivery and it was weeks before they arrived due to the prescription. Understandable but would have been nice to understand the process more on ordering so I didn't have to send multiple emails chasing delivery.
Wrong item sent, ignoring all contact
What they sent out was not what I ordered and paid for. Have tried contacting them repeatedly over the last two weeks by email, social media, website and phone but have just been ignored. Reading other reviews it seems like this is common - I just wish I had read reviews first. Like others I will now need to contact my credit card provider to sort a refund.

Odered FR700000 part 3 weeks ago for for my Rudy Project sports sunglasses, which I did not receive.
Eyekit have not returned my voicemails nor responded to email contact. Based upon my experience I recommend you avoid dealing with this company.

No customer service. Repeatedly ignore mails. 2 week lead times turns into 6 weeks and counting.

Disappointing experience if you need a speedy delivery
Not a great experience to be honest. Bought a frame on 10th November and paid extra for next day delivery as I needed a fast delivery. I checked later on that day and the order status was flagged as 'Processed'. However, the frame was not shipped until the 14th and delivered on 15th. By then it was too late for me to collect it and I had the item returned to the seller, incurring also the return delivery costs. I received a reply to some (but not all) the emails I sent them and then I was finally refunded on 12th December, but only for the value of the product and not for any of the delivery costs incurred.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I placed an order on 25/11/2022 within hours I realised I had put down the incorrect Pupillary distance from my prescription so I emailed to let them know the correct PD, on the confirmation email they request you let them know immediately if you've made a mistake so it happens. I have since emailed 5 times left 5 voice mails and no reply, nothing. I now have no idea if they will correct this or not. I paid a lot for the prescription sports glasses and am appalled at the total disregard to my correspondence.
