The company sent the wrong size
The company sent the wrong size. When asked for a the return information for a refund they replied by requesting pictures to ensure there was no damage. After they received the pictures (no damage) they sent an offer but no return information. My last request for refund information still has not been answered. I'm not sure what kind of a game they are playing. Perhaps they are waiting for the 30 day limit for returns to be reached.
