I have recently went the Rainham branch and I cannot tell you how amazing they are, every visit I’ve had is Wonderful, the service and staff genuinely couldn’t be improved.I had Rita help me during this recent visit, she is a lovely person , very helpful, talkative and you can tell immediately after just a conversation how knowledgeable she is about optometry, my first visit I had Angelina who was just as good! I have found it difficult choosing frames for my glasses previously but the assistance/support given here made it a lot easier!

I owe Lewis a big thank you. On the day I asked his help, he did his best to book me in for an eye exemination and the next day I had an urgent laser surgery which saved my right eye. I’ll always be grateful.

I trod on my favourite glasses. They were pretty mangled, but I didn’t want to replace them because they fit so perfectly. So I researched online, but I found it difficult to find impartial advice on good value glasses repair.

With just previous good experience to go on, I went to the Eye Emporium in Faversham as I found them reliable in the past. They had fixed them perfectly and corrected the slant which I hadn’t expected. I’m very pleased with the results and recommend the team 😊

I went to John High in Rianhan for my safety glasses. For Work it is a wonderful friendly place. They are so helpful. I would recommend which I did to all of my coworkers and to anybody looking for glasses.

My experience at John High Rainham was absolutely brilliant.

The gentleman optician was a delight and has travelled from Bristol for the day. He was very kind to my 5yr old telling her jokes and looking at her toys. The eye exam was thorough and well explained, particularly the benefits of the the eye health checks they can do to spot any problems early. With macular degeneration and cataracts in the family it's worth the extra for peace of mind. As suspected, I did need a new prescription!

The ladies (who were sisters and I'm kicking myself not to have retained their names!) in the store were so helpful in finding frames that suited. There was no beating around the bush about what didn't suit me which I very much appreciated! It's a lot of money to spend and doesn't help if people give you lip service and you end up buying something not right.

We had such lovely genuine conversations through the process, it was a really warm experience.

It was both a personable and highly expert experience by all in the team. I spoke to and saw the same people each visit and call which really does make a difference in building trust and feeling valued as a customer.

I love my new glasses and frames and it's made such a difference to my vision already. I couldn't recommend them more as a practice.
