Very cheap quality
I bought four pieces of jewelry:
MECANIMALS Moletta en baquelita × 1
CINQUANTA (-32,50 €)
Arracades d'ostra KURAKURA ★ × 1
CINQUANTA (-16,50 €)
CFH Metallica Set × 1
CINQUANTA (-14,00 €)
Arracades CFH Happy Llagrim ★ × 1

And honestly, the quality is very poor. All of them look cheap and poorly made, especially considering the original price. Good thing I got them at 50% off, because at full price this would be unacceptable.
The most expensive ones are actually the worst. The clasp is basically a standard, flimsy clip that looks extremely cheap and hurts my ears after a short time. They don’t hold properly and are very uncomfortable. I know in the website says that it can hurt some customers, but that's just an excuse of a bad product.
I would not recommend these at all. I’m very likely to return all of them, still thinking if I want to spend 20 more euros in this.

Bad quality and customer service
I got a necklace and after only 2 hours wearing it, the hook has broken with no reason. The products are not of quality and customer service is really bad. I asked the total refund, so the shipping as well (30€) since it wasn’t my choice to send it back but they even didn’t reply.

Our products can be returned in the first 14 days of recieval and we replied to you giving you all this information. We did not reply on your confused reasons on the return as you sent us two emails with two different reasons. Our goal is to understand our clients need and help you as much as we can but if you are not Clear from the beginning then we just advise you to check on our policies online and stick to the rules.

I made the mistake to make a big order…
I made the mistake to make a big order (more than 200€) cause this site seemed legit and I loved the aesthetic. As soon as I received the jewelry, two of them started falling apart a spiral necklace (the spiral fell off the necklace)and a couple of earrings with crosses, a cross fell apart right as I tried it on. I'm afraid to wear all of them,in order to keep them for a special look,to wear them at least once before they break. Money worth spending? Absolutely not. It's like an AliExpress shop, but with European prices.

Parcel tracking
I've ordered and unfortunately they are sending parcels to Austria with GLS and their email tracking doesn't work properly. I wasn't at home so the parcel got delivered to a parcel store and I didn't get informed so it got sent back. Contacted support, they were helpful at first but didn't respond after some time.
It seems that it's a small shop and capacities are limited so I feel kinda bad for having to leave this review. Still, I paid money and haven't received anything.
Get your tracking properly in place so things like that don't happen anymore.
