I have been ordering from Exxposed for the last five years and can confidently say they offer the best prices and the largest selection of outlet items and discounts online in Europe.
The quality of their products is excellent. While the customer support may not be the most responsive and delivery times can occasionally be longer than expected, I believe the combination of price and quality more than makes up for it.
I’m giving a 5-star review to balance out some of the unfair negative reviews from others (otherwise I would rate it 4 due to occasional delivery issues). My experience has been overwhelmingly positive!

No Refund
I have been waiting for months for a refund from Exxpozed.com for EUR 138,59 from the order transaction UK-00138521. They told me this would be refunded, but nothing and they appear to be ignoring me.
Stay away from Exxpozed
Returned my cycling pants because it was too small. They confirmed that shipment was received, but nearly 2 months later I am still waiting for the refund. Of course, they don't respond to my mails. Sad.
Scam website, do not order from it. Nothing ever arrived and they've taken £150 from me.

Worst customer service!!!
I ordered something Mar 2024, some of the items I returned, but so far there is no refund. They replied they will check on my first reminder. After 6-7 messages I have no refund neither reply from them. Don't order anything unless you are 1000% sure you do not need to turn it back!

I would not touch this site with a barge pole if you are considering them! Thieves! Due a refund from them but they just ignore my emails asking when I can expect it. Another email sent today but all I will get is their automated response saying how busy they are!
They knew when I placed the order I was as in the UK yet they waited until I had paid for the goods before emailing to say they did not ship to the UK! Seriously??

Since then, no article received. Numerous e-mails with standardized mumbo-jumbo response. Phone calls ending in a labyrint of push-alternatives.
eXXposed-sports & fashion belongs to a bad standing in the panorama of social medias.

The same story here. I order some quick draws and carabiners (items used in climbing) and they sent one of each type (I paid 4 of one type and 5 of another type) they didn't send any of the carabiner.
I keep sending email but the reply is something I cannot understand nor anyone here.
I even have recorded the opening of the box showing that I am telling the truth
After 3 months no money back.
After more than 5 times they respond with the correct attached file I should fill in in order to state that I didn't receive the products, money refunded.

I placed an order in May for a pair of boots and the Amazon payment didn’t go through. I emailed them and they advised they could only receive direct bank payments. It was an international payment and they confirmed they had received the payment. They then advised me that they can’t ship internationally at the moment and asked for my bank details to organise the refund. For 3 months I received sporadic emails saying they have passed my details onto accounts.
There is also a FB page called scammed by exxpozed. Don’t make the same mistake I made, avoid avoid avoid!!

Absolutely shocking Customer Service
Absolutely shocking Customer Service, I should of realised when I returned my faulty boots and they told me it could take up to 3 months for a refund, have contacted them on numerous occasions and if they even bother to reply it’s just false promises, I have contacted Scarpa directly to see if they have even sent the boots to them for inspection. 4 months now and waiting!

Same situation. Attracted with slightly lower price. Payment though the bank. No response or confirmation for a week. Then I contacted them when they plan to dispatch order. Answer, they can't find delivery options to UK! :) Deuche Post. Anyway next thing, they offer refund, but parallel started to come generic emails that they haven't got any payment for my order. I sent payment confirmation.
After that 2 emails with weekly sequence as answer to my question when I will receive refund. Silly answer - payment is ready to send out, we sent all details to accounts to proceed payment. Customer service person was Marharyta Klymenko, smells like Ukraine scam. Phone number in emails and on website isn't real, no chance to call them! Be careful, don't waste your money and time!

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company is my advice. Same as other reviews , paid for the order through bank transfer and initially received a generic email saying they had not received the funds. After contacting my bank and sending them the transaction number as proof they have completely cut contact. No response to emails, social media and the phone goes dead. More than a month and no contact. I would avoid at all costs.

My experience coupled with so many others suggest that there is something major wrong with this company. thet have either gone, or are rapidly going out of business.
Best to stick to tried & tested retailers... You know the story.. If the price is too good to be true... it probably isn't
Exxpozed are just scammers
The same as all the other reviewers really. Ordered a sweet helmet as it looked like a good deal and a legitimate European shop. Customer service started well and kept me up to date saying the helmet would be delayed a week or 2 because of stock levels, then I had no contact from them. Asked where the helmet was and they did reply offering a refund but that has not appeared and they are now not responding to emails. They have taken their phone number off their website as well.
They seem to be a scam shop to not buy from them!
