They sent me the wrong dress, which is quite annoying! The dress they did send was lovely quality, but unfortunately not what I ordered. I contacted Customer Services to let them know that I wanted a refund and shouldn't have to pay for the return, given it was their error and they've been pretty unhelpful...

Dress was a beautiful quality, very impressed. Sadly had to return cos it didn’t suit my body type, alas.

I love the dress, fits nicely on the top while still being long enough on my legs.
I got a size 8, I’m 5,9 but small boobs,
Hard to find a dress that fits both the top and is long enough in length.

I still have not received my parcel , I have sent two emails requesting for assistance in tracking the parcel and no response !!

I placed a order on 28-12. Now it's 08-01-2024 and did not hear anything or see anything (like a T&T) either. I only recieve a e-mail how many stars I will give this company..

Clothes are excellent - however delivery was slow, and communication non-existent (didn’t respond to email query about tracking number)

DO NOT USE - Orders take weeks to come, they don’t tell you they re from China! Returns are impossible

Everything went wrong. I’ve ordered a product that I’ve never received (you sent me the refund and that’s ok, but without any explanations or something like that and after a confirm of correct shipping). Once it arrived in Italy, I had to pay other extra fees that weren’t expected (and it was a big amount if I have to consider even the shipping cost). I’ve never received emails for days and the product arrived after more than a month. Unbelievable! I wrote two times to the customer service and never got a response back. I think I won’t buy from you anymore. I found you on Asos, and there the service was better, even with lower prices. I’m very disappointed, I’m sorry but this is not a good service for your customers.
