Same as everyone complaining about shipping label created on 7/8/24 and nothing! No active phone number, do not reply to Customer service email s at all. Going to call my credit card company to return my money. Then will file a police report for fraud since I only live 20 minutes from them. Anything over $300 dollars is grand theft. They at least need to respond. So you her what you get. Never again! Still running sales too! Ridiculous

I placed an order on June 20th. It’s been almost two weeks, and I still have not received the order.
I also check the tracking number. It says label created, USPS awaiting item. It means it’s been sitting in the store the whole time!!

Same here never received my product. Sent email four times no response. Use them for several orders prior to this, but won’t be using them again. They scammed me this time!

Same here. Used this company for years with no problems. Now the orders never come on time, USPS says its waiting to be picked up and they never reply to emails. USPS says my order shipped on 5/30. Today is 6/7 and it still says the order hasn't shipped. Peptide Pros and Geo Peptides have been great. I wanted to give Extreme the benefit of the doubt since I've been with them for so long but the owner has really let the company go.

Extreme peptides… I have no idea what happened, they used to ship same day or next. My order about 6 months ago, I received a tracking number next day and paid for expedited shipping, it wasn’t taken to the post office for over two weeks. I was given some ridiculous excuse about the post office just letting hundreds of packages sit around.
This time, April 3, ordered almost $400 worth of items, paid expedited shipping. On April 9th I was sent tracking information. On April 22nd, it was finally actually taken to the post office. I sent multiple emails asking what was going on, no response was ever sent to me. I called, their phone number is out of service. So sad to see them throw their business away but, I know of at least 3 other companies that have excellent products, ship them (like actually take them to the post office, they don’t just print a label and call that shipping them) and provide customer
Service .
I do not recommend Extreme unless you are willing to risk never receiving what you pay for or are willing to wait 4-6 weeks.

Order arrived! Items in package are not what i ordered. I will update and let you know if I get positive resolution.

Same as others have stated. Placed an order March 22nd and still haven’t received it. When tracking, it say USPS still awaiting item WEST PALM BEACH, FL 33409

I tried calling the number provided and it’s disconnected. I sent emails with no response.

something is wrong. I have been using their services for at least 8 years.
Recently I noticed the orders are delayed and no response.
The very last order I placed with them on January 2024. I received an email after that that my order is on hold. I tried to email their support, but no response at all.
It's safe to conclude they pulled the rug and no longer interested in serving real products but scamming their customers.

I wish I would have read the reviews before submitting an order.
I submitted an order and the shipping label was created. On their website it says the order is completed, but it has not even shipped. I am afraid I was scammed by this people. Anyone knows if there is a way to get the money back? I tried calling and their number is out of service.

TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE. NO RESPONSE. MEDICATION MARKED SHIPPED AND ORDER NEVER RECEIVED. DO NOT ORDER **BEWARE**.

Same experience as others - no product ship and no response via email. Phone number is out of service, two thumbs down do not use.
