These people are basically thieves, they have taken my money 2 weeks ago I have had no email of confirmation order, no dispatch notice and no item, sent them 3 emails and have had no response to any of them Avoid this company and all their other associated brands ..big clothing for you etc etc..
Sent a pair of jeans back in July 2020, due to wrong size. It's now end of August, still not got a refund. There is no phone number and despite repeated attempts at sending emails, they have not replied to any. Now, i have to waste more of my time going to county court to get my money back.
