From start to finish, Extension Plans UK, have been a total pleasure to deal with. I was completely clueless when I started this project, they have guided me through the whole process, being really patient, kind and professional throughout.

Great team especially trios of Joshua, Cameron and Rebecca. Apart from 2 weeks delay to carry out flood risk assessment, the process went quickly and smoothly. I can’t ask for more after I was previously duped £700 by an architect that was introduced to me by a builder doing a job close to my house

We used Extension Plans for the renovation of our three bed terraced house, which included a ground floor rear extension and loft. I had originally planned to go with a much more expensive architect but opted for Extension Plans to keep costs down. I'm glad I did because they did exactly what we needed them to. Created the plans, building regs drawings, structural calculations, party wall notices all on time, handled the relevant applications and answered all my questions. Also introduced us to a bunch of builders via a couple of tender platforms. No surprises and very straightforward. Thanks to Kamila, Mackenzie, and Cameron.

Extension plan are great and I would highly recommend them. Before choosing the company to work with, I did a lot of research and compared many options and I am very happy I decided to go with Extension Plan. I spoke to Phil, the owner, a number of times before choosing them and he was very calm, patient and helpful offering lots of useful advice and insights into my project. When working with the company, everyone was equally helpful, calm and responsive - Cameron and Kate in particular as I liaised with them the most. A great all round experience and I will use them again in future.

Working with Extension plans was a great experience. They were very organised in producing our building regulation drawings, structural calculations and ensuring our planning permission was taken care of. Communication with the team was also smooth and professional. We would definitely recommend them.

EP were good straight out the block with a very good proposal setting out their service, stages and team to support at a competitive cost.
Kate and the team were excellent throughout. We amended initial plans to fit our needs, at speed, so didn't delay onward plans.

The communication with extension plans was great from the beginning. Even though we had a few hiccups through the process(mainly to do with the fact that all the communication was done via email), overall the experience with extensions plan was very positive. The cost of the service as a fraction of the price you normally would pay for a high street architect.

They are very easy to work with. They listened to what we wanted and did them on the plans. They have helped us through the process on planning and we are very happy.

I want to highlight Rebecca Parnell and Joshua Hinch for their professionally. Joshua did two plans drawings for us and Rebecca always sends us email about the application.

I can't rate Extension Plans (EP) highly enough. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Initially I was unsure to use their service as their approach is so different to a traditional architect. But Philip explained EPs approach so easily and provided me with the comfort I needed to select them for my extension project. I was also amazed how quickly the team responded to emails. You don't have to wait a week for a response but they usually respond within the day or max 2 working days. And even when things are unclear it's simple to call them and they take the time to explain. Even when the Council asked for iterations to the drawings the turnaround was so quick by the team. Can't thank Philip, Rebecca, Francesca, Joshua, Cameron and the rest of the EP team enough for all their support over the recent weeks and allowing us to build our dream extension. And best thing is that you save £££ which you can put into your extension cost. If you know what kind of extension you want pick EP and help an amazing business franchise to grow further!
