Kubio Builder Reviews

i do not use any more, because I set the new own code, but the People are the most helpfull and give no problem at all

A big hot mess. Support is bad, like their product. Will go back to Elementor. Paid a lot of money to fix problems Kubio and Support caused the last 6 months. Thank you for nothing.

Lousy experience with the construction of the pages, it does not let you customize them separately with the pro version, the next day I cancel the plan and ask for a refund, I do not even know if they have received the cancellation email or if they have cancelled the account. I want my refund, but they only send automatic mails telling me to call them back in 4 days or that they will attach the information, but I have nothing and there is no way to contact them. Complete bullshit and a complete scam.

I have a different review to the one before , as yes to start editing is a learning curve but once you get the hang it’s ok. The themes look nice and the a.i page builder is good , just tweak results . My main issue comes with having done a not live website ready to go live , I add my new domain to find that the themes look nice doesn’t transfer over automatically so now I’m waiting without a website for customer services who are very slow , I’ve had much smaller software design companies respond same day at the very least not five days later … I need to know if I remover the old staging domain from kubio account and add the new domain (same website different domains ) it’s asking me to delete the license key from the original domain name to add it to the new live official one . I’m a tad worried if I do that I’ll lose all the editing i create the site in the WP given domain . No waning , no help doc and no customer services who to speak of so I’m just waiting without no website afraid to delete kubio from my staging domain to add it to the new domain in case I lost all that editing . Thinking of starting it all again with a much bigger theme provider x

What a horrible way to edit WordPress websites. I mean, WordPress itself is very disappointing considering how hyped it is, and my hosting company basically forced my to use Kubio to edit my WP pages. But why is it soooo bad? I'm making a dark themed website (back/dark background with white text), but when editing the material, it shows white text on a white background! Now it seems that the super simple site that should have been easy to make, but took several hours with this crappy editors, has been completely removed from my WordPress hosting. Just like that. All gone. Avoid this extension like the plague.
