I actually ordered the wrong racket by mistake, so i called them and George was really friendly and helpful. Changed the order with no hassle, great price and used clear pay to spread cost, perfect , 5 stars all the way

I got my bat next day for free using tracked Royal Mail. The bat came brand new top quality and with a bag which I was not expecting. Lottie left a really nice message on my delivery note also.
