I’ve been coming to Express Oil Change…

I’ve been coming to Express Oil Change in Concord on Derita Road for over 3 years now, and one thing that has never changed is the AMAZING customer service. No matter who’s working, the experience is always consistent, professional, and welcoming. That kind of consistency is hard to find these days!

Brenton is truly one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel comfortable and at home. He keeps everyone laughing while they wait and somehow turns getting an oil change into a genuinely enjoyable experience. His personality alone deserves 5 stars!

Aylee is incredibly knowledgeable, sweet, and professional. She actually does my oil changes, and I always leave feeling confident that my car was taken care of properly. She explains things clearly and never makes you feel rushed or overlooked.

And Parker I honestly don’t know how he’s not already the manager! As the assistant manager, he goes above and beyond every single time. He’s patient, kind, and takes the time to explain unexpected car issues without making you feel overwhelmed, pressured, or clueless. That level of care means everything, especially when dealing with car maintenance.

This team is the reason I keep coming back year after year. They’ve built trust, and that’s priceless. If you’re looking for honest service, great energy, and people who genuinely care about their customers, this is the place to go!
