Hi , Express mini cabs thank you for the service . I booked the cab for my Parents from Heathrow Airport. As they are in their 80+. I ask the controllers for MEET & GREET . The driver was so humble & friendly. They make the ride comfortable for them.
If I could rate it below Zero, say at -10, I would do that.
My ride on 25/09/23 was the most terrible experience I ever had .First of all, instead of meeting me at the arrival gates, the driver kept calling me every 10 minutes urging to come down to the pick up point. I have a very painful leg due to osteoarthritis and can barely walk,but anyway I had to make this way. Even when I came to the point, I had to wait for him for another 20 min. The car was very dirty, smelled with curry and during the whole ride the driver was watching tv programs on his mobile in front of him.
This was so scary to be in this dangerous situation.
At the end he asked for £57 to take me from Gatwick to Purley, when other services charge less than £40.
I would never ever use this company any more.
