No Answer

Apart from last thursday (5th) where I could not get through virtually all day, message: "No one is available to take your call", and BTW because of this my immediate thoughts were this is a scam...but thankfully managed to speak to someone later and it was all good after that

The experience I had sorting out transit insurance with Express Insurance was professional and positive. I called twice once to enquire about the policy and once for assistance and both times I was extremely impressed with the help I received from the people on the other side of the phone.
