Horrible...

the over charge a lot!!!

Their customer service and response is super bad.

The loose parcels and you do not get refunded

You pay for extra service like taking care of fragile items and they just dont do it.

I will never use their service again.

I've been using this company and while I overall think they're great, there are a few snags that hamper the overall experience.
They don't really have credit card support; or at least it's abysmal because they ask you how much they paid you in USD... if you're a package forwarding service you should know not all cards/companies in all countries charge in USD and therefore it's impossible to know how much was "charged." Every purchase I've done has been through paypal, however, although they don't accept you adding funds for less than a dollar which is kind of lame when you're a fraction off.
Some of their emails are in russian when they reject/cancel orders, i just think that's a bit strange.
Their website could use a little touching up. They don't actually use DHL anymore and in its place they choose FedEx. I've opted to use USPS shipping as a result because FedEx sucks and DHL is more reliable and doesn't lose packages nearly as often.
Communication is usually pretty good but when it comes to presentation it's less than satisfactory. Any packages that are below a pound they round up to 1 pound. For objects that don't round up to one actual pound however, this makes weighing shipments difficult. What will be 17lbs in the set up of the shipment will actually end up being 8-13ish, and when this distinction matters between First Class USPS and Priority (which the distinction is based on weight) it certainly doesn't help if they bump it to Priority, which is very expensive.
They can also sometimes not follow through on their timings for personal shoppings, but it's a case-by-case thing, and yes, i'm talking non-christmas time as well
I plan to use them for more packages even despite this but just be aware it's a bit of a learning process. Once you know the ins, buying from the US with these people is a cinch

date of experience is when one of my packages that was meant to be first class got bumped to priority because I wasn't sure since I had like 20 orders put in there

They steal goods from the warehouse, the request to understand the situation was answered by blocking my account. The worst mail forward.

Their packaging is the best in the industry! Every order is carefully wrapped in bubble envelope to prevent any damage in transit. They remove all unnecessary cardboards and heavy stuff, so we don't have to pay extra for the heavier weight.

The response to the client is very very slow
The storage fee is very expensive
They do not care about customer satisfaction
They don't support PayPal
The shipping cost they have is expensive
My package cost me 50 dollars and weighs 5 pounds
But the shipping price with the storage fee is $ 193.55 and will increase 5 $ every days
Many months have passed and they have not solved my problem with one cheap package

I had previously worked with many shipping companies. This is by far the best in terms of cost and quality. They have excellent services and support, at unbeatable prices. Let’s say you buy 15 items and you chose their cheapest competitor. Only for photo service (meaning that they photograph the condition of the bought item) this will cost as much as the total shipping fees to your location. In expressfromus, is totally free and the same goes for so many other basic services like consolidation etc. I know people who used alternative shipping companies and paid 3 to 4 times the costs of expressfromus for the same things. Bottom line: the packaging is great and they always find the best rates. A great bargain even if you would have to pay double for what they offer- simply because they are cheap in everything except their quality and services.

Great mail forwarding service. I depend on it to ship things from the US to Russia. Excellent.

I shipped three packages in last two month via this company and everything is OK. They provides free photos of the incoming items. Free storing purchases up to 90 days. The warehouse is at Tax-Free state and it helps to save additional money. Every package is excellent packed. I will use this service again.

I sent a parcel using the EFUS. Got excellent package, helpful support and and fast delivery. I would use and recommend them to everyone. Realy A+ for me.

I asked their live chat a simple question, they cannot even answer me. "All operators are busy??" You've already joined the conversation, how "busy" or unavailable is that?

I get the feeling they just don't wanna answer the question. Maybe they think I'm a spy sent from their rivals or something. This is so stupid because the DHL prices are way lower than other websites and I just wanna make sure if it's actually the one that will take 2-5 days. I am a legit shopper too.

Also, leaving the conversation like that, rude much? If their service acts like this now, I cannot imagine how they would respond once they get their money and if something happens to the package. I was so close to ordering from them but bye.

Friend of mine had recommend me ExpressFromUS about a year ago. I'm using this company for all of my U.S. purchases now. Received 9 packages already and 2 more are on the way. Their service team is very helpful and responds quickly to any inquiries. All the parcels were packed very carefully with high quality packing materials.
