My last experience with you was CATASTROPHIC!!! You forced me to pay in advance because my friend didn't have a British phone number. I specifically asked you NOT to phone me at midnight because I wouldn't be at the airport. Well, your driver phoned me ELEVEN TIMES and my friend had to wait for him 45 minutes. You just lost a frequent customer!!!
And now you ask me about your service. I told you to CANCEL my account.

Fantastic experience, great value, on time and when something did go wrong (my wife left her phone in the car) they handled it magnificently!

Anytime I go to or from an airport I always travel with Express Car Service. All of the drivers I’ve met have been lovely, and they’re always on time.

Good drivers, excellent service

Unacceptable. Airport drop and pick up. Quoted a fixed rate then charged on the meter at drop off. At pick up, the driver was tracked to Fulham when he should have been with us at Heathrow 15 minutes beforehand! Terrible service. Would not use again.

We had booked Express Car Service to collect us from Gatwick on 1st Feb. We then had to change our plans and come home a few days early and I called them to give the new collection details. As I did not receive the usual text by the time we reached the baggage hall I called them and was extremely upset to learn they still had our original arrival date down but had only changed the time and that it would be at least 90 mins to send a car to out to us which isn't much use if you're at Gatwick at nearly midnight and are anxious to get home. All in all we were badly let down by them and could not risk using them again.
We then called Addison Lee who said they could get a car to us within 10 mins which they promptly did, an excellent service from Addison Lee

We feel that in this very highly competitive time for minicabs, there really is no room for bad service. It's a shame as we normally like to support local companies which Express Car Service are but we would not use them again
