Total scam site

Total scam site - DO NOT USE THEM. Ordered a pair of trousers, then had to chase for delivery (got a BS auto response email saying the would respond within 3 days, never did), did this several times and they then said they were unable to deliver due to being in a different country and various technical issues. Total rubbish. I fell for it, don't do the same - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I never got the refund promised.

never use this company

Ordered a coat. It was held up in delivery and next contact I have from this terrible company is they are refunding me. No mention at all of why they cancelled the delivery. Then they had the nerve to deduct the return shipping costs from the amount they refunded it. They do not reply to emails. This company is terrible. I'll be taking this further. Do not use this company, you will regret it. Avoid avoid avoid!

Lost / company stole 429.40 euro from me

Ordered a big bunch of clothing on Black Friday. Communication was smooth and fast till then, few emails were exchanged. I returned part of the order withing the requested time frame. returned goods were worth 429.40 euro. That is where all the communication stopped. No reply to my repeated emails, calls etc...silence.
Pity as they have great products. I have ordered from them before without any hassle including returns. But the last time they took 429.40 euro off me and no word from them since.
So if you don't want to be ripped off and loose money you worked so hard for ....AVOID !

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT USE

Purchased some snowboard boots for £200 and didn’t receive them in time for trip .They admitted they had received the boots back and would refund me. This was back in August 2022 . As of March 2023, I am still awaiting my refund after numerous emails to them and a complete lack of service. Seven months gone and now having to take them to European courts. Do not use this site as it appears to be a complete scam!

First I got an email that 1 product is…

First I got an email that 1 product is not available, on my hint to take it in another color no answer. They then sent me 1 product of the 8 ordered refuse to refund the return shipping costs and it is still pending for 1 month the 500€ of ordered and niece sent products.

Bad service all the way

Really bad service, all the way. Ordered shoes, after a long while I got an email "confirming" the order was cancelled, but I was still charged.

After opening a resolution with Paypal, Expozzed claimed that they cancelled a "double" order, but the original order is still in force. Got the shoes, too small, returned them more than a month ago, and still haven't gotten a refund.

Again

Again, as some other users have said, it looks like it is UK based, but it isn't.
Bought a ski helmet, price looking attractive. Even though it does state "plus custom duties" this is cleverly placed AFTER "incl. tax, free shipment" printed in red, while the former follows that information in low key grey.
Apart from that, I choose to pay "14 days after delivery" as offered by PayPal, only to receive an email from them a fortnight later, informing me that "to inform you that your order is still in progress. There are several reasons for the delay: it happens quite often that articles are sold out in the meantime and we have to wait for the reorder at the manufacturer to arrive at our warehouse. Or we didn't receive you payment... "
Which is rather vague to say the least. Rushed to Paypal to settle the bill an informing Expozzed if they don't accept payment after posting the ordered item to make PayPal aware of this to avoid confusion and unnecessary delay.
Of course, eventually, received notification from "parcelforce" that I would have to settle tax before delivery (wasn't even the courier service exposed mentioned). After all that hassle I ended up paying 10% more than I would have paid buying the item from a british based retailer (e.g. Alpinetreck)
I would leave exposed where they are... on the continent (had similar experience with them before Brexit but unfortunately forgot) because they deceive their customers. Stating "including taxes and..." what "taxes" are they referring to? Certainly not VAT, because this will be paid in the country where the customer is based. Anything else would be unlawful.

No complaints

Ordered a trekking backpack at Exxpozed, which was a bit delayed because it wasn’t in stock. I didn’t check trustpot before I ordered, but ended up doing it because of the delay. I was a bit of a shock when I saw the terrible reviews, but decided to just go with it and see how it would play out.
Got my pack today, and am very pleased wit the service I got, so don’t know what alle the fuss is about.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam - I am surprised google still promotes them.

They will take your money for products they don’t have, say it’s not actually in stock and then say they’re going to refund it.

They will contact you until you ask for a refund - and then go silent

Massive advice for purchasing anything outside of the UK - Use PayPal.

Currently waiting on PayPal dispute to get me my money back - even then it’s uncertain whether I’ll get every penny I paid since the exchange rate charges you 5% more than the actual price.

Do not use Expozzed

Be careful enters you into a contract instead of taking payment

I went onto this site
Which looked like it was Uk , progressed with my transaction and selected paypal. The site then entered me into a contract. It took no payment details or paypal log in details but says my order is on its way? Very shady indeed. Ive emailed the company and asked to be withdrawn from the contract i was unaware of entering.
