Bought two t shirts

Bought two t shirts. Well made, inspiring messages, and so soft to wear.
If you want a loose t shirt, then go up a size. Good quality all round and will buy again. My regards to you.

The t-shirts are high quality and have great messages on them. I enjoy seeing people smile whenever I wear them and love to spread positivity around. Shopping was fast. Fantastic price point. Highly recommend!

I always get really good positive…

I always get really good positive comments from strangers when wearing my selfawear Tees they are good quality - true to size and have some great meaning , the team are always happy to help if anything isn’t right - as a person who has had challenging mental health over the years I love that these tees are a conversation starter and hopefully help brighten someone’s day - the do mine 😊

Really happy

I love the fit of my tshirt, in the past some of the tshirts I have bought online have not been true to size, even when I bought 2 of the same size.
I'll definitely buy again, the clothes are soft and comfy and the messages are perfect!

You need what others can feel and see

The tops they sell are amazing
I’m so proud to wear them, as I battle chronic depression and anxiety
So if wearing a top and someone behind me reads tha it will be ok
I fee I’m at least giving back
The quality and sizing is perfect
And the team and purchase process online was so easy and delivery super quick

I've been trying to contact sent so…

I've been trying to contact sent so many emails to Charles Dominique as my hydrogen bottle just exploded in the refrigerator yesterday no fault of mine, & no-one cares about me or take the time to respond back to help me resolve this issue just ignore me I wouldn't recommend you to anyone I have sent photos with the emails I'd really appreciate if someone would respond asap to me either a full refund or replacement of a new hydrogen bottle

Health Journey

I was impressed how quickly I received my Hydro bottle in the post which was a bonus as I was keen to get started on my new health journey.
I really love the bottle it makes me feel confident that I'm getting the best kind of water into my system that I can .
I just love watching the bubbles burr up to the top and the blue light it's quite mesmerising.
I have no regrets buying it and I know my body thanks me each time I drink the water .
The design is good and I'm happy with the purchase .

No more crash and burn

I've only been using hydrolab for about a fortnight and already I am now sleeping a solid 7-8hrs every night. I'm more alert during the day now and no longer have that constant fatigue and tiredness feeling that seemed to follow me around every day. I feel invigorated and have finally been able to return to daily walks as I now have extra energy to burn.

Long shipping wait time from China

Long shipping wait time from China, not Australua as advertised, 2 months wait,product leaked, will not refund because water has been placed in bottle. They offered to replace base even though the base cannot be unscrewed, due to faulty seal. Nit a good experience although communication is their best offering. Would not recommend this company

Due to high demand at the time of your order, your bottle was dispatched from our international warehouse to avoid further delays and ensure faster delivery.

Regarding the leak, our process is to troubleshoot first and, if the issue cannot be resolved, offer a replacement base. This is the appropriate remedy under our policy. Refunds are not offered once a bottle has been filled and used, which is standard for this type of product.

While the outcome may not have been what you were hoping for, we did offer a replacement solution in line with our warranty policy and maintained communication throughout.

Leaky hydrogen bottles with the lid off and despite watching the video. Ive sent videos as requested. A week later no response. Ive asked for a refund as clearly i cant give these x3 as gifts as planned.

Dishonesty and greed

Sadly, after reading all reviews it now seems much of what they claim in their public advertising is not true.
Australian shipping...not honest.

I wish I had read Trust pilot one star comments before ordering my paid for Hydrogen bottle, WHICH IM STILL WAITING FOR ...POSTED FROM CHINA, NOT AUSTRALIA... over 3 weeks.

Customer service is likely automated... so next step if any issues with bottle, like others, will be a detailed complaint and report to Australian Dept of Consumer Affairs for misleading and false advertising, for a start.

We need to look for patterns in people, and especially companies.

Major Quality control issues

Ordered two bottles. One had a leaking base, which they replaced. The other came with a damaged charging cable connector. The charging cable is proprietary so I couldn’t just use another one. They replaced the base but refused to replace the cable because they “only replace one thing per order”. Had I ordered one bottle at a time they would have replaced both defective items. Nor would they accept a return because I tried to fix the defective cable.

Caveat emptor.

We also couldn’t approve a return after the cable had been altered, as modified items fall outside warranty conditions. We understand this situation has been disappointing, but we’re committed to following our policies as clearly and consistently as possible.
