When I was looking for an accommodation address in Uk - I checked out the options and Expost appeared to offer more of what was needed - and so it has proved! The help team are exceptional and always go that bit further to resolve a problem - I am more than satisfied and will be continuing to use the service while I am living in France! Thanks to all! No need to add 'keep up the good work' as that is a given LOL !

I have been using EXPOST for over 3 years now since moving to France in November 2015. I have been very pleased with EXPOST in both forwarding any post but also the ability to use EXPOST as a postal address in the UK. EXPOST are easy to communicate with and are very responsive and quick. No hesitation in recommending EXPOST.

I've used Expost for many years now and can say that their service is excellent. Fast and efficient service, always helpful beyond expectation. A great way of keeping a UK presence whilst living abroad. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to maintain a UK address that is acceptable for many aspects of keeping your UK footprint. I move around a lot because of the nature of my work, so it’s imperative that I’m able to receive my mail wherever I am in the world. Granted, over the 7 years that I’ve been with Expost, the locations have just been in the U.K. and Europe in general, but I have no doubt that I would still receive my mail at the North Pole if my work took me there. Such is the reliability and versatility of Expost. Just tell them where you’ll be next and ‘Hey Presto!’, your mail is instantly diverted. Your previous landlord or accommodation establishment won’t be burdened with your mail or Reader’s Digest sweepstakes. Expost will even filter the junk mail for you on request, sending on only the relevant stuff. This is a fantastic service that is rated highly for reliability, discretion and value for money.

Fabulous service. Would not use any other company. Expost go above and beyond to help.

Good service

I have been using Expost for my mail post service for a few years, and always I have a friendly and very professional experience! People are purely honest, and they care about their customers. :))) I highly recommended the mailbox service for personal or business. I will use it again for sure.

I’m using Expost’s services since a year (approx.) I am very satisfied with them. First of all, my biggest concern is when I am looking for a correspondence address, that institutes just like DLVA won’t send mails to “business addresses”. I have tried many other company but I had to face with the same issue. Here with Expost, I don’t know how they do, but I can receive my letters from everywhere. It’s a breath up, cos I am not always in the U.K., and I need a “fix point I can rely on”. Well Expost is my fix point there :). I know that every letter will arrive, and be handled just like so precisely like if I was managing my own letters.
An another very important viewpoint, why I am with expost and will be with them for a long time yet:
International post can be a mess. Although I have never had disappeared letter, but the forums are full of with stories like this.
Expost is not just providing an excellent service, but they are “developing themselves” continuously. You never get junk mail from them, but always good advices and notifications about changes. Just like they sent me an email, that bank cards cannot be posted without tracking number anymore. This means for me that they are really caring about their customers.
And last but not least, they do have probably a huge number of customers. Yet every time when I am getting touch with them, I have the feeling like I was was the only one customer. They do not treat you as “just a customer”, they look forward to helping you. Very flexible and helpful team, who maintain the values of good business. I am very glad that anno. joined, and am assured that I’ll be an Expost customer for a long time yet.
Summary: If you really need an address, you won’t find better. Worth every penny!

This company is like a breath of fresh air!!!
I contacted Expost from New Zealand, because my wife and I want to tour the UK and Europe for a couple of years. We had a few questions about the services Expost could offer.
Well, not only did they, in this case Brodie, answer them really quick, but gave us way more useful info and suggestions then we had asked for. They went out of their way helping us, phoning organisations on our behalf etc, which saved us heaps of time. All the time they did not know, whether or not we would end up using their services, which we will of course!!!
Their pre-registration service is already amazing, and very uncommon nowadays. So,we do look forward to use this pleasant and efficient company.

If you are an individual or a business that needs your physical mails managed while you are away from home for a short time, for a long time or even permanently, with a very modest fee that will not put you out of pocket. When it comes to managing physical mails (whether it is forwarding, scanning, virtual physical mail boxes, and all other allied services) Expost is simply world class.
With Expost, I have been able to travel to many different places around the globe and was still able to keep in touch with home. I had peace of mind whether it was during the time I relocated temporarily or when I went overseas on a lengthy sabbatical trip. I had real time experience with my mails as if I was at home. The cost was so affordable that it was unbelievable. With Expost it felt as if they made it possible for me to be in two places at the same time. Their use of technology gave me flexibility to add my family members or other employees without any additional charges. I also had flexibility to change my address as I moved from country to country. I could see all what was happening with my mails in a timely manner. Each time I had questions and I contacted them, their responses were lightning-quick with solutions. What a world class service.

I even had a challenging situation where I had a cheque sent to me back at home, I needed the cheque paid into my bank account. Expost were able to do this on my behalf.

I would highly recommend Expost to anybody needing a first or indeed a second UK postal address. We lived in Spain for many years but as Expats we still had a need for a UK based address. Expost has certainly provided a fantastic all round service for us over the years. Customer service is second to none as is their overall reliability and wide range of postage and post box options.
