Constant spam mail from them
I get constant spam emails from 'Laura Berger' at their subsidiary expobeds.com. I have never dealt with the expo group and they have no legitimate means of contacting me. However a year or so back I got a stream of spam emails from a bogus conference business and clearly expo have bought this dodgy spam list in clear breach of their own Privacy Policy.

If you have received an email from us to a personal email account, then by all means please send us an email to info@expobeds.com with the email address you are referring to, so we can investigate. The reason you have received our newsletters is because you, or someone within your organization has given consent for the email address you are referring to be included in news blasts concerning the events your company is attending. The other possible reason is that the email address (provided it is a general company email address) was publicly listed with your company’s consent on the exhibitor section of a trade fair’s website. Furthermore, in each email we send out we clearly state the reason for the email, the GDPR section which covers the acceptable use of this email address and 2 clearly marked links for an automatic and permanent unsubscribe.
We would like to inform you that we have never bought, or used any external email lists and we are sorry that your email address has been previously used without your consent. Again, we invite you to contact us on info@expobeds.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

Velin was very patient and very thorough, he explained all the options to us and found more when the one we chose was not available.
The hotel was very nice, breakfasts were excellent and we ate in the bar one night, that was also very good.
Overall we got what we were promised and what we would have wanted.

We were satisfied with the hotel you suggested and we booked. The rooms were clean, comfortable, breakfast was very nice and there was also an Italian restaurant in the hotel where we were able to have dinner every day. This is very important for us because we work all day at the exhibition and in the evening we have no more energy to look for a place to eat.
I was very satisfied with your service, I received all information needed in time and we arranged everything without any problems. I will definitely contact you to help arranging the hotel for our next exhibition.
What is the only negative aspect of your service is the needed prepayment with booking. This is something that we had a problem with due to our company policy regarding prepayments. I hope we will be able to find a solution next time.
