Bought a NorthFace Rolling Thunder 30. Had a requirement that I needed it in 2 days as I was about to leave for trip. It was delivered promptly and the communications was fantastic. Have no problems recommending this site. :)

They were quick at delivering my north face coat and it was at a great price instore it would have been £190 but on exploreoutdoors it was only £133 which was a great deal.

I placed an order with this company for a suitcase a couple weeks before my holiday. After waiting a week I contacted the company, who then informed me that the case I ordered was not in stock and it would not be delivered until after I leave for my holiday. They did offer to dispatch another colour of the case the following day. I decided not to keep the case after I received and sent it back. I got no confirmation that they received the case back, when asked for a confirmation for my refund, i was told the it will be refunded within a couple days. I had to keep chasing them to find out if they received the item back which they got back on the 8th August and I still had to chase them for a refund confirmation and i still have no refund from them.

Avoid! I would leave no stars if possible. Terrible. DO NOT USE.

Made an order in March- not delivered and no contact from the company. I chase up only to be told there is a 'stock issue'. I ask for a refund. they say it has been processed. 10 days later still nothing received. they say there is a 'technical issue' and so it has not actually been processed. I am still waiting for the refund. AVOID and DO NOT USE.

I ordered some NF luggage and after 10 days without any correspondence to say it had been shipped, I phoned them (constant automated message of email them), and emailed them where they informed me there had been a delivery issue with their supplier but they were expecting it a couple of days later. I asked them if they could send it out next day delivery because
I was going on holiday and needed the luggage for then.
I did not receive the luggage and when I emailed them to complain they told me it was my fault because I did not confirm my email address in time to send it next day delivery, despite the fact I replied within 5 minutes and they had 2 weeks prior to get all of that information. It transpired that they emailed me after the cut off for NDD anyway! They then asked me if I still wanted them to send me the item I had paid for!!!
In the end I just asked for my money back, which at the moment has not happened.
Avoid this company. Unprofessional, unorganised, untrustworthy and Unfriendly.

They had very competitive prices for a North Face roller bag. I placed the order online but 48 hours later, I still hadn't received an email confirmation. Their website shows my order pending two day later, the Worldpay transaction went through OK so I tried to call them as I need the bag in the next few days for travelling.

Their phone number always diverts to a message asking to email them. Their email (sales@) bounces and I haven't had a response from a webform enquiry.

I've cancelled the transaction with my credit card company and ordered through someone else for a fiver more with confirmed next day delivery through in less than 5 mins. I'd avoid this outfit.

Great service very quick and my wife loved her new Jack wolfskin down coat.

Explore Outdoors were super helpful in getting my order of a North Face Rolling Thunder hand luggage bag to me in time for my photoshoot which was before the stated delivery time on their website. Also by far the best price for this bag I have seen. Would definitely order more from them in the future.
