Urgent Plea: Swift Withdrawals Needed
I'm using the platform for the first time, but I have a complaint. I don't understand why it takes a few seconds to deposit money, even on holidays or weekends. However, when withdrawing, it takes a long time, especially when you send a withdrawal request on Friday. I understand that you have to wait until Monday to receive your money. I'm not even sure if I will receive the cash on the promised date or not. I just hope and pray Expert Option meets their end of the bargain. Even on weekdays, withdrawal requests take forever to be processed compared to deposits. If Expert Option could work on that, I would consider giving them a 5-star rating. I'm currently stranded and need to sort out an emergency. Unfortunately, I have to suffer while waiting for my withdrawal to be processed.

They don’t let you withdraw your money
When I wanted to withdraw my money it asked me to upload documents and a picture of my bank card, both sides, meaning WITH the CVV no. Now that’s where I draw the line. The whole 7k gone! In my opinion and experience, it’s a scam.

Payment Method Failed
Generally the platform is well designed and user friendly. I've enjoyed trading using the demo account. However, my preferred payment method has never been successful since I've opened an account with Pocket option. This is frustrating and I hope it is resolved soon.

Gave ExpertOption a go after a buddy recommended it. The setup was fuss-free, and in no time, I was making a couple of trades. Even managed to score a win on a small deal which felt pretty good – pocketed a bit more than expected, so that's a plus.
The thing is, it's not all sunshine with them. The platform's got its moments when it feels like it's dragging its feet, especially when the market's buzzing. And the educational stuff they've got? Well, it's alright but not the deep dive I was hoping for.
So yeah, it's been a decent run with ExpertOption. It does the job but doesn't exactly knock it out of the park. I'm hanging in there, though, giving it a solid three stars for now.

Great Platform, Minor Hiccups
I've been dabbling in online trading for a while, and ExpertOption has been a pretty good experience so far. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for someone like me. I was particularly impressed by the variety of assets to trade and the educational resources they offer.
Customer service has been responsive whenever I've had queries, which is always a plus. They have a demo account that you can use to practice without risking real money, a feature I found very useful as a beginner.
