Day 2 tests sent Sunday from Royal Mail priority box and it is Wednesday night. No results, no acknowledgement of receipt and 25 minutes on the phone with noone to respond!!!
This is another rip off test company. Government have enabled this unregulated new industry to be infiltrated by any dodgy outfit. A national scandal!

Update - day six from having sent the tests: no feedback no results from this outfit. Avoid this company!

Ordered 2 testing kits a week and a half before travel and they arrived 3 days later. Posted the completed tests in a Royal Mail priority post box on a Sunday and got the results (negative 😁) on the Wednesday. Considering this company isn't on the government's approved list, it has proved (for me anyway) to have performed better than some that are and at a fraction of the price.

Sent my day 2 PCR on Saturday, still waiting on results. Was on their live chat for 6 hours yesterday with no response and cannot get through on the phone. New rules are I have to isolate until I get my results but in the mean time have had to have another PCR due to being a contact so know I am negative. However, if I didn't have this then I would still be waiting to find out!! Avoid and use Qured instead!!

Do not touch this company with a bargepole. My husband got his results 2 days later after a week I hadn't heard.So I did my own lateral flow test when I rang them I asked for my money back as I hadn't received a service .women on phone baby in background said a manager would ring me that day.that was 3 weeks ago and what do I get in the post another test kit which is absolutely useless to me now..They have been taken of the government recommendation so why haven't the government banned them from continuing to con people.. Terrible customer service...

Sent and paid for two pcr 2 day tests to be delivered while we were away.
Got home no sign of the kits.
The carrier told us they hadn't been received from expert medical
Spoke to an employee who said they had been lost in Transit.
Informed you can only apply for refund by email 3 sent so far without acknowledgement.
Will be raising a dispute with my credit card company
Not surprised they have been removed from the government site.

Purchased two Day 2 PCR tests. Arrived fine. Only received one result. Have been told lost in transit by DPD. I sent them via royal mail! Meant to be sending me another test. Nothing has arrived?

Absolutely dreadful service! The day 2 tests arrived on time fine. I did my test and activated it no problem. My partners activation code didn’t work and we got a new one. However when you chase up about the results they don’t respond to anything! I’ve sent 2 emails and contacted through live chat and you get absolutely nothing. Best to pay a bit more and go elsewhere.

The lab's 2nd day PCR Covid test was reasonably priced. The kit was delivered the following day.
I've never received the result though. They haven't responded to my email regarding the result either.
If you need a reference number to complete the Passenger Locator Form when coming to the UK and want to save some money, you can buy that test. There's a risk you won't get any result and nobody will reply to your emails.

All went smoothly, arrived fine, was easy to complete the test, easy to return and got the result back within 2 days from posting.

So many other companies are charging astronomical amounts and the main thing you need is the reference number for the locator form.

Great experience with Expert Medicals. Have used other providers in the past with very poor experiences and was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was.
Highly reccommend.

No covid test results 6 days after mailing sample.

No reply to email 3 days after chaser email.

I'm now disputing the credit card payment.

Use a different company - not this one

Purchased a 48 test and not delivered in time.
Totally unacceptable and places me in a difficult situation.
