Carlo has always been very timely and helpful in his follow up. Expertise is well worth the money. I continue to get excellent referrals from their service.

Leads are not legitimate, they WILL NOT refund you if they fail to provide the service promised
I started using expertise.com back in February. They told me that I had to do a 3-month commitment and I would be provided with at least four vetted leads per month. If I was not provided with those 12 leads by the end of the 3 months, I would be credited back all of the funds that I had paid. I kept informing them beginning in February that the leads that they were sending me were not legitimate, vetted leads. I was getting leads from people who were looking for jobs, people that had questions for apartment complexes they had applied for, and people that were looking for their HOA management. We are a property management service and they were supposed to be providing us with owner leads that we're looking to lease out their properties. I would send them the lead back each and every time they were invalid. They kept assuring me that if I did not receive all of the leads by the end of the 3 months that they would credit me back all 3 months. Now that we have passed that 3 months and I have asked for my credit back they are refusing to give it to me. Initially they told me that they were giving it to me and then it was in the process. However, I kept following up and finally got them to tell me that they had not processed the refund and now they're saying while they acknowledge that they did not provide the leads, they're only willing to give me a 50% refund. When I asked them why they refuse to answer my question. I also asked him to go ahead and credit me back the 50% and now they are unresponsive. I would not recommend ever using this company because they are bogus and you will not get what you are paying for.

I will not use Expertise.com again
After I posted this review the company did email a reply essentially letting me know they would not be using It:
--------
Feedback Received: Ben's Studio - 1/5
Detail: NOT professional.
As a new customer I was put off by texting being his preferred form of communication, however I did as he requested: never heard back. Even if Ben is not taking new customers he should reply to everyone - its common courtesy.
--------
Since this is constructive criticism and an honest assessment of a local business, without bias or profanity I would expect to see it posted on Expetise.com yet it was not posted.

Reschedule with their Reps 4+ Times…
Have had to reschedule with their Reps 4 times now.
I never receive a web meeting link like Zoom or a phone call, the meeting just comes and goes and I have to reschedule to a new time with no indication of a link or call sent to my email.
Are your Reps real? Is your COMPANY real?

They will list anyone who pays enough
They will list anyone who pays enough. It doesn't matter what the level of expertise is if you don't agree to pay they hang up on you
Typical scammy sales process
Typical scammy sales process. Hide info about how to get listed, make you get on a call with a sales person who spends 20 minutes telling you how "different" they are (they're not in any way different from their competitors) at which point they LIE and tell you its 6-12 month wait time to get listed on basic with a $25 fee when all their competitors offer basic for free AND most rank higher than they do with more traffic *eye roll*. Their next step is to position you a "premium" listing for even more. I hung up at that point. They get under your radar by making you think your "listing" call is just to confirm you're a real business - but it's actually a sales pitch. Our agency's vision is to prove ethical marketing practices work, so we obviously won't be aligning ourselves with these guys. Yikes
This place is a joke
This place is a joke. They push you to pay $150 a month to get your business listed and then when you say no. They hang up on you. They want to be an Angi's List but I don't think they realize how bad of a name that gets you
Marketing tactics are questionable
A company that tries to compile providers of different services into "rankings". Of they have paid options, which wouldn't be that much of a problem. The bigger problem is they make money off of companies trying to get their name out there by marking to, constantly calling, emailing, trying to get you to pay to "get evaluated " and added to the site. Almost like yelp does.
