I could not recommend Expertec more highly. Jo has been extrtemely helpful from start to finish. She explained in detail the build and spec of the gaming PC that I had chosen and alleviated concerns I had around purchasing a refurbished unit. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and the PC was delivered promtply and set up was very straightforward. There is of course some risk with purchasing a refurbished PC but the specification and pricing make the risk worthwhile in my humble opinion. Thanks Jo for your excellent customer service and diligence.

I can't recommend this company enough, definitely 5 star. Not only are they great value, they're very knowledgeable too. Most importantly their after care support is amazing. My 11 year old son tried to download a game from an unofficial site which ended up with a virus on his pc. Expertec cleared the virus for us free of charge.

Item arrived in the advised timescale. Excellent condition. Exactly what I needed for the job required.

Please ignore all the negative reviews, i’m so glad I did.
All my questions were answered before I purchased a pc for my son.
It was even sent out the next day.
My son set it up this morning for his birthday and been gaming ever since.

A few compilications along the way but the team at expertec kept taking the computer back and working on technical problems that arose. The company was prompt with contact throughout the entire process.

The only reason this is not a five star review is simply because of the teething issues with the PC.

Amazing company! I ordered on Sunday and my PC turned up on Wednesday! Very good components for a refurbished unit not to mention Jo was very kind and helpful! Despite my own mistake I made they were more than willing to talk me through it all.

All in all the PC is beautiful and does as it needs to!

I was so happy to stumbled on their website as all of the computers I bought was working very well. Their customers service were fantastic and the lady I spoke to (Jo) was very helpful and she did send my items earlier than the expected date. I am happy to refer anyone to this company. I will be buying more computer for the rest of my office staff when they are due for an upgrade.

These guys are fantastic. I've already purchased 3 computers from them to get through the lockdowns and they deliver very quickly.
Most important today I had an issue with my monitor deciding to give up the ghost. To get a response to my email within 15 minutes, and half hour later have a promise of a replacement being dispatched; on a Sunday afternoon is nothing short of amazing.

Nothing short of brilliant. Why did I not do this sooner instead of nursing an ancient PC? Delivered in a matter of days instead of the estimated weeks, easy for an 86 year old to set up and performs faster than I can hit the keys. I would recommend anyone to use expertec and hopefully share my experience
