An update caused a bug in Windows 10 and required it to be reinstalled by overwriting all programs. Expert PDF14 could be reinstalled quickly thanks to technical support

I installed eXpert on a new computer…
I installed eXpert on a new computer and found that it did not work. Sent an email to support, and had a reply in just over an hour later about the steps to resolve the issue. Followed the steps and everything is now working as before. Very impressed, and happy with the support provided.
