I had teething issues mainly not knowing how to use the platform. I got very good customer support. It gave me the confidence to carry on trying what I wanted to achieve. Also no nuisance sales emails or notices. So far so good.

It was only a problem about a licence and not
a realy technical problem

The solution, given by the suport team, to get the program running was excellent. The program itself is OK, but not better than others. Not acceptable is the way to get contact to the support team.

The representative was very respectful, patient and made sure I got the best deal upon renewal time. I'm a senior citizen and these things mean a lot.

At one hand, it was frustrating that my license stopped working although it was paid for in 2022 and just at a moment when I absolutely needed that.
There is definitively a problem with the link between the license, the paiments and the requests for payment to continue the license.
On top of it, on the system / website, the human assistance is not available anymore. Fortunately, I still had recorded all the data, incl. the contacts for support, on paper.
But, once I had a person on the chat, it went all very smooth and quick. I am very satisfied about the assistance.

I purchased a trial for $1.99 for 10 days. I couldn't get it to work and contacted support. It took days which severely cut into the 10 days. Still no success. Then problems trying to cancel automatic full price purchase. On chat it took about 6 minutes to complete that process.

The product is good, though it pushes you into a subscription ... no escape from those !

But this review is about the excellent after-sales, on the support line. I mistakenly subscribed twice, overlapping dates - they sorted it out in 3 emails, and merged the two into a single longer one - thanks Nico !

This programm Expert Pdf to edit and convert of pdf files is simply the best, very convinient to use and works perfect. I am very satisfied. And the support is great. Many thanks to the whole team.

Quick and solution-oriented feedback with a very customer-friendly approach. Problem was solved and everything was fine, even with products that were purchased a long time ago. We have an email telling thatthe case is in procedure till an agent get contact with you. The agent is patiant and keep in touch till the résolve of the probem. I also received pictures to illustrate the screen i must have. This help me a lot. Thanks to the team
