This has got to be one of the worst…

This has got to be one of the worst OMNI channel platforms I have ever had to use. I left the company I worked for because I was over having to deal with the Experiture team and their empty promises and over selling of "version 2.XXX" which never came to be after years of "fixing" and work arounds. Today I tried to unsubscribe from another properties mailing list and I continue to get an error saying my email is invalid...Well I clicked the link they provided in the email footer and holly cow, it doesn't work. Sad to see nothing has changed over 4+ years later.
