These are tasty little sleep treats. Sometimes too tasty, as I catch myself eating more than I need, thus sleep like a log! I only give it a 4 because of some of the fake ingredients. I like all the flavors in the variety pack.. Need more coupons though, or a lower price .

I have Fibromyalgia with problems controlling my pain. This has helped. I don't fear doing things with my two kids out of fear of starting a cycle of pain I wont be able to stop. I cant explain how it feels to fear pain because you cant stop it when it starts and it lasts for days. This pain is also added on to constant feelings of sore muscles and constant exhaustion that is never gone. thank you.
