As a first time expat in the Netherlands, I had no idea what to do. These people made the whole process surprisingly easy. Expat Service provides reliable, quick and affordable tax filing that's easy for expats in the Netherlands to use. I filed 2023 taxes with them when the deadline was nearly up but everything was taken care of in a good way to get me and my husband filed on time. I filed this year 2024 with them and will use their service again in 2025.

I have used Expat Service for a couple of years now and I can highly recommend them. It takes all the pain out of taxes and it is just one less thing you have to worry about.

Great service for tax matters—quick and professional.

This service has good portal and its easy to upload all evidences. Problem starts once you need to communicate with them, there is no option for direct call, they dont respond to messages or it takes very long time. You could setup payed additional teams appointment but they do not have any options for more then a month in my case so any call would be simply too late.
They ask payment upfront so then you are running into problem with getting money back from them if service is not provided correctly.

My husband and I had income from abroad this past tax year. We were new here and wanted to make sure we filed our tax return right but didn't want to spend time on it bc already really busy with everything else. Paid a lot, and they made a mistake in our M form which we had to rectify with the tax office because we got the wrong amount of childcare subsidy. We could have had the tax office help us for free with filing our return and probably would have had to spend less time on this anyways. The communication with them has also been bad. I complained to them directly but didn't receive any response.

I went to them for my taxes. They told me just under 200 euros, same price as previous years. I started the process, filled in all my details, and they wanted 3 times as much for the services as the original quote. I was worried, as my taxes cost a lot, and I wanted a few questions answered. They told me my taxes must of changed, but they never did. My taxes are actually a bit easier this year. I was worried my prior year was incorrect, and why the price now is 3 times as much. They wanted to charge me 70 more euro's to "figure this out." I tried talking to them, but then they got upset about me "arguing over the price" and told me to find another tax accountant. I used them a prior year, and unfortunately they now left me with 8 days until tax deadline. I'm not even sure why this happened, as I would of paid them more if they just answered my questions as why the price was now three times as much. I never got an answer, and now I'm worried my prior years are not done right.
