Manipulated into the contract. MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERY DETAIL OF THE CONTRACT. HE WILL LIE TO YOU AND SELL YOU EVERY DREAM IN THE WORLD TO GET YOU TO SIGN IT BUT ONCE YOU SIGN IT NOTHING MATTERS YOU WILL PAY EVERY PROMISE WILL BE BROKEN BUT YOU WILL PAY NO MATTER WHAT. Red flag number one. They wouldn't tell me what they were doing monthly for their cost. My take is that they charge $500 a month for hosting which is $16. Red flag number two .any ccompany that uses a proprietary software instead of Google search console to track your rankings. That is exactly what these crooks do. Even though I paid for my website they tried to charge me $1,500 up front to get out of the contract after I spent years in it with no progress. The site that they replaced that they said was so bad was in a better spot 3 years ago than they can ever get to after 3 years of service with these guys. The guy that owns this place belongs in a jail cell legal stealing is what he does. And he has every detail down.

My experience with Expansion Support Services caused serious damage to my business.

They previously managed our website, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile. Their servers would regularly go down, which caused our website to crash repeatedly. Every time the site went down, our Google Ads were negatively affected, leading to days with little to no calls coming into our business.

Their customer service was also extremely poor. Communication was inconsistent, issues took too long to resolve, and accountability was lacking throughout the entire experience.

The worst part happened months after we stopped using their services. Without my knowledge, they still had access to my Google Ads account and logged in to turn OFF my ads. Since that happened, my business has suffered major losses. We lost our top sponsored placement on Google, our rankings began dropping, and our calls and website clicks dramatically decreased.

Anyone who runs a service business knows how damaging it is to lose visibility on Google, especially after spending years building rankings and ad performance.

I highly recommend that business owners avoid this company and carefully monitor who has administrative access to their website, Google Ads account, and Google Business Profile

Beware, this company is a scam! They will steal your domain! They built a template website which looked awful. They keep charging your card and don't answer calls/emails.

WARNING: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

This company is the biggest SEO scam going. I paid this company for 6 months to do the SEO for my website.
First. The website they made was a generic cookie cutter website from a premade template.
Secondly. They SEO was for small cities 50 miles away from my business. My company is in Houston Texas and none of the
keywords were optimised for Houston. (small towns 30 to 100 miles away)to give the illusion
that the keywords were ranking high search engines. They charged me for over 6 months until I looked up the location
and confronted the VP about it.
Thirdly. They optimized my site for overseas because at least 40% of my click to calls came from Pakistan and other eastern countries.
Fourthly. They were supposed to make any changes and additions to my website. I told the VP I was unhappy with their generic website and she promised
to redo the website and to correct the locations of the optimization to Houston. They asked me to send them examples of the changes I wanted to the website. I sent it to them. They acknowledged that they received them. Nothing was done. I contacted the VP again. She apologized and stopped the payments for 1 month while they fix the issues. I emailed them 2 weeks for an update and got no response. I emailed them 2 weeks after that. Still not response. They then restarted the payments. I emailed them again for any updates. Crickets. 3 months had past and still nothing was done. So I put a stop on the payment with my bank. So they then changed the name on their credit card system and illegally charged my credit card without authorization and they still had not done anything to my website. And now they even had the nerve to file a delinquent payment on my credit report after they breached contract with me.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF!
