Ordered a table more than 2 weeks ago, still no tracking and they say it hasnt shipped and are not giving me a shipping date - keep making the same excuse as the other reviewer about trying to schedule with the shipper. I think they are a scam but will wait for a few more days and will update my review and rating later with what happened. Should havbe checked trustpilot before placong the order - forgot to look:(

Save your time and money. Placed an order on October last year and I’m still waiting for my table. They keep rescheduling the delivery giving every excuse in the book. Either way if I didn’t spend hours calling them back and forth they’d still be twiddling their thumbs head in the clouds and there wouldn’t even be a delivery to be rescheduled in the first place.

We’re thrilled with this expandable table. It arrived well-packed and fully assembled, so we just lifted it out of the box—no tools, no fuss—and it was ready to use. Not a scratch or ding in sight.

The finish is smooth and attractive, with cleanly finished edges and surfaces. Construction feels genuinely solid and built to last.

The height/expand mechanism is the standout. It glides up and down with very little effort and locks securely at the height you choose. Switching from coffee-table height to dining or work height takes seconds, which is perfect for small spaces or multi-use rooms.

We also had a minor shipping hiccup, and the company’s customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, and resolved the issue without any hassle. It’s rare to find support this attentive and proactive.

Overall, this is a well-designed, well-put-together piece that looks great and functions even better. Excellent quality for the price—we love it and highly recommend it.

The company sent me 4 separate shipments for the one piece of furniture I ordered with either incorrect, incomplete, or broken parts over the course of 14 months, and gave up I never received a full set of parts for my $7,000 piece of furniture. Although this company claims to be Italian, some research showed that they source their kits from a mass production company from China that takes care of the product through delivery, so Expand has zero control over what’s actually moving through the supply chain or their quality. The company owner and members of his team had no qualms about lying and threatening (all documented in emails) once I filed a complaint. There are similar reviews over Reddit and Yelp. This company seems to border on being an outright scam, buyer beware.
