A good indian eshop
I always order my indian grocery from exotic store and my experience is always wonderful, the order always arrives on time, they make sure the goods are well packed so they don't get damage. Also if any product is out of stock after placing the order, they refund the money without chasing.
Overall, wonderful experience, I will keep shopping.

Hi, just wanted to share some feedback – overall the items were well packed, thank you. But the biscuits arrived all broken and the outer box wasn’t taped properly. Also, we’re still waiting for a few items that have been out of stock since last month. Hope they’ll be available soon

Product packaging everything was perfect however the delivery person has put the box outside the building without even ringing the door bell, came to know when delivery notification received via email. 24kg box kept outside building!! It has happened in past except your last time.
