Escape from it all to the wonderful Rudopi mountains
I can highly recommend the Hiking in the Rodopi mountains trip. The walks were wonderful with different terrain, great views, wonderful wild flowers, orchids and birdsong. If you truly want to escape from it all and be in nature this trip is for you! We only met one person on the trails the whole week!
Julian is a fantastic, passionate and knowledgeable guide and you will come away knowing a lot more about the area, locals and bears! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this trip. The trip notes are very accurate in terms of the walks, terrain and distances. The food in Yagodina is amazing - all local and national dishes and fresh produce. The choice of desserts is a highlight.
Although I was in a group of 14 we were all experienced walkers and of a similar pace and fitness which made the walks enjoyable.

great itinerary (prosecco hills) with fantastic guide. good variety of walks in different areas, along with excellent wine and food. great bunch of fellow travellers. the whole trip ran smoothly with good communication and accurate trip notes beforehand. would have been difficult and expensive to plan a trip like this independently

Kyrgyzstan, a most beautiful country.
Walking Explorer Kyrgyzstan showcased a fabulous country with beautiful views, good food and friendly locals. Our guide and driver, Tatty and Bogdan, were engaging and friendly and worked hard to make the trip a wonderful experience for us all.

Can only comment on initial contact after on line booking, but after 9 days, still waiting for contact from our 'contact person' - allegedly within 3 days. No contact re flights or discount for frequent Exodus traveller.

Exodus is a grand way to see the world.
Because I have been on a number of Exodus trips I knew going in the trip was going to be well organized, interesting, the bus driver would be excellent and keep us safe. The leaders also make safety a number 1 priority. The group leaders I have experienced are enthusiastic about their work, enthusiastic about us and making sure we have the best experience possible. There is always a glitch somewhere during the trip but that's part of it and it is positively dealt with.

Just returned from Croatia north to…
Just returned from Croatia north to south. Beautiful country and great variety on the itinerary. Includes Plitvice and Krka National parks as well as Split, Dubrovnik and Zagreb. Best is the small groups so you really get to know your fellow travellers even if you are travelling alone.
